Moreover, for better or for worse, incumbency bias is a real phenomenon in politics, and switching out Biden-a known variable-for someone else who may have skeletons in their closet is a risky gamble. Just look at how quickly Kristi Noem's political career took a nosedive after it was discovered she shot a dog.

A physician on the TH-cam podcast “SHRINKING TRUMP”explained the effects OTC cold remedies can have on people over 65 and it certainly sounded like what caused Joe’s brain freeze. I think it was a 1-off and I am angry at reporters who are still focused on the debate performance. He’s done fine in the many public appearances since. I AM STICKING WITH JOE!!

That may be true. But people remember them and they can surely sink the candidate. In 1960, people who 'heard' the debate, thought Nixon won; those who 'saw' it, thought Kennedy won. Perception is everything - rightly or wrongly.
When Obama had a bad debate against Mitt Romney they didn't ask him to step down, but the difference is that Biden looks like he has cognitive decline in every interview and public appearance and the debate was just a highly visible piece of the larger whole.

Even though Trump had a booming economy, a thriving military, safe and secure borders, fought human trafficking, stopped many conflicts in the Middle East, made America energy independent and people called him a dictator when he always sent power back to the states.

Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East and Biden's desire to appease Iran and his ineptitude in foreign policy has emboldened Hamas, Hezbollah, ... Under Trump, democracies did not lose an inch of land.
Go to any major city in the USA and see if it is doing better under Trump or Biden. San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago ... nothing but violence and tragedy. People are afraid to leave their homes. Chicago is more dangerous than Ukraine.
Our ships are being fired on routinely by rebels in the Persian Gulf. Iran launched over 350 missiles against Israel at the same time in an attempt to overwhelm their defenses. Under Trump, peace was breaking out in the Middle East with historic accords being signed.
Worst inflation in 40 years is killing the poor and middle class and Biden, his Administration, and the media had the nerve to call this persistent inflation "transitory"! Biden's spending has cost the average American family $12,000/year to maintain their lifestyle compared to when Trump was in office. Biden gives no thought to us when he spends our money greasing the DNC and other Democrats.
