Essentially the same team as 2014 its not talent its mental the whole messaging has changed within the coaches box. Voss is toxic but the club is just too soft at doing anything about it. But what do they do is give assistant coaches long term deals

Cant blame the assistant coach; he might have great ideas that are being shot down by the head coach. poor selection, losing 5 games by being outcoached....that all sits with Hinkley, and Hinkley alone. Trying to play a game based on speed, when you have your fastest players on the sidelines.....and when you drop O'Shea at the start of the year & play a slow defense; then wonder why there is no speed through the midfield. Don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that if its slow coming out of defense, then how fast you are in the rest of the ground is pointless, by then a zone is in place. They can be as switched on as anyone, but the gameplan cant work, due to poor choices at the selection table....and a poor gameplan not matching the personnel.

Why would our players want to play like 2014 why would they run all day. Kenny not hard enough as a coach for a footy team. Too nice and would rather what seems that kenny would rather give the players hugs and kisses, rather than being a aggressive one and him not to rip into the team like he should have , he's just too soft with them all
