Magnesium is very important. When I was younger, I began to hurt all over especially at night. I was miserable. I went to the doctor. No one knew what was wrong. I finally went to a doctor who diagnosed me low in magnesium and vitamin D. I did get better. But it was very scary.
Now I am taking potassium daily 2x day. Please get blood work for vitamin deficiency at least once a year. You never know.

I had listened to a doctor who advised that we must not take calcium supplements as it can cause calcification of the arteries. This is true and thanks to Dr Marianne who pointed that we must take magnesium chloride. My doctor prescribed a calcium supplement for knee pain and I will take it together with magnesium chloride to ensure smooth absorption. This is good news for me. Thank you.

I believe it’s a free country to speak what you believe. As you are free to believe what you want, we as Christians are free to believe in Jesus Christ as our Savior. And because He is our Savior and the Son of God we are free to thank Him for every good thing. For every good thing comes from Jesus and our God the Father. If it bothers you to read about Him than you are free not to read. As I have mentioned, it’s a free country. But I believe everyone of us, no matter the religion or belief are called to love and be kind to one another. God bless all!

Talk about Iodine also. All our glands have receptors for Iodine. The recommended daily allowance is just high enough to prevent goiter. Are need for Iodine is significantly higher. If one is deficient in Iodine the Iodine receptors in the glands will grab Fluoride and Bromide, both of which are toxic.

Don't bother using magnesium on the skin. Just take magnesium glycinate supplements. Sure, the trans dermal application is the best way, but not necessary. I took magnesium three times a day over 5 months and my magnesium levels were high. I had to lower it to two times a day.
As long as you're taking magnesium, orally or trans dermally, you'll get your magnesium levels up eventually and that's all that matters.

Please put up some studies on transdermal absorption! I've looked and can't find any! All the studies I have found were funded by the company selling the products! Conflict of interest. I have talked with researchers and Pharmacists and they all say the same thing; it can't absorb thru the skin. There are people that are desperate to find a remedy for their ills and will to buy anything that seems like it might help.

Not sure that’s true - after all, skin is semi permeable. Therefore, how else can substances that are absorbed through skin be ‘patented/sold’ as ‘absorbable’. For example: topical creams/ointments/lotions & soaks (like Epsom salts, magnesium flakes)? And of course many are quite clearly efficacious. Best wishes.

@@mv23 DMSO is a transdermal liquid and when mixed with any thing, it will be absorbed into the skin, and enter into the blood stream. Make sure area is perfectly clean that you decide to apply dmso on.

I read a paper on how magnesium/ titanium dioxide will help catalyze an electromagnetic field refract the energy, and produce a water splitting ultraviolet radiation to split water for a hydrogen liquid-phase non ideal plasma energy.
