Dude that ribbon cable on mine just popped out and the black tab thing fell apart I had to put kapton tape on it was headache but everything else was cool . Great video man . These things are addicting.
What a nightmare! Sorry to hear that, but glad to hear it all worked out. Those tiny ribbon cables are horrible, I avoid them at all costs 😅

You can use the head of the screwdriver to push the battery connection in and to remove it without tearing it down. Lol.
