Nice FX there. I just started operating reverb, delay and other effects live while playing drums. I already love it and am getting some nice ideas from your vid!

This technique is also using the feedback loop as presented in TIP 2?

Is the sound so crisp and clean because of the board? Or the original stem quality you’re using?

Wicked series guys! Out of curiosity is there a massive patch bay off-screen somewhere or are you routing things digitally (for exampe when reverbing the delay, delaying the verb, etc)?

Each aux send into an fx, returns to a mixer channel (not the aux return) so that channel can also be sent to another fx.

how to get the metallic reverb effect on the bass pls?

It's normally done by feeding the bass into a reverb so heavily that it overdrives the reverb input. Sounds great with springs but harder to get right with digital. Iration Steppas is an expert at using an overdriven digital verb. Here's our vid on the the subject th-cam.com/video/NREffPGqSrI/w-d-xo.html

Thanks for the tips! Any budget mixers you could recommend to get started? Trying to stay withing 200-300usd :D

Don’t think any mixer table will be 300... unless it has blown components. I think bare minimum I’ve seen is 700$ and that’s for an 8 channel without many effect knobs.
A board the size we see here can easily be $85,000. So just bare that in mind.

Look for a Soundcraft Spirit Folio Rac PAC 14 Channel mixer. 4 aux sends that can be folded into one another without using up mixer channels. It’s from the early to mid 90s. One in good shape might cost around $500 these days but it is a great little mixer.

@@dubkasm I've got the PH-3 but being digital it doesn't always sound proper to me
