someone who uses cheats to be better than others.
I've ran into a few especially with the huracan silhouette. They will mod the evo to make it much much faster, in my case it was 2600+ which is not possible without cheating.
@@andrewregard7250it is possible for (live racing) to get a car past that I have a NSX type S down tuned for live at 2900 evo
