    I Started taking Adapolene for acne and my 50 y/o dry skin is seriously turning normal! I am going through a purging process (can take months depending on the individual) atm, but my skin and scalp are returning to the normal skin I had all my life! It has even removed a sty I had on my eye since the late 1990s! …like WOW!!!! 🤩 Strongly recommend!
    Also…breaking news! Copper peptides regrow hair according to new research!
    What a great time to be aging with all this new technology…

    I’m 61. Have been using only skin care “consistently “, sunscreen daily, red led and NuFace microcurrent. I have no wrinkles on forehead or nasolabial lines. I do have faint lines around my eyes when I smile. But you got to keep smiling 😬. Yet, everyone asks me where I go to get Botox done lol. Good skincare works. BTW Miss Ash, received the Colorscience flex SPF 50 and it’s fantastic. No foundation needed. Thank you for your recommendation.

    I have the new beauty of joseon mask (rice and honey) that they launched recently. I always order from their website especially since they now deliver more quickly and I'm sure by the authentication. However I feel you might LOVE it because it's like a clay mask but not like a regular one. It takes off your sebum and replaces it with moisture with calming effect. It's weirdly amazing. It doesn't dry down like a regular clay mask too even after leaving it on for 15-20 min. It's a great mask but I won't repurchase it since I love the experience of a regular clay mask that strips off my face for the summer months lol but I highly recommend the new BOJ mask 😊😉

    Great video, Ash! I couldn't agree more with your recommendations. Just a gentle fyi: you can use your copper peptides with your tret/any retinoid. Stephen from Kind of Stephen on Instagram (our fellow Canadian and cosmetic chemist) debunked the myth that one cannot. The peptide part actually protects the copper inside the molecular structure making it very stable (not verbatim, of course). I use them together every night. By the way, I'm 52 with no wrinkles because of precisely the principles you tout in this video.... consistent daily skincare (I personally also love my K-Beauty hydrating toners especially in the colder months). And, this may seem silly or shallow to some, but it's really not- I make a habit of not frowning or grimacing. You can very easily train yourself not to make those facial expressions which, over time, etch into your forehead permanently (and yes, still be expressive :) )

    It’s def collagen and estrogen more than anything, plus having a natural baby face. I haven’t hit it yet but guessing it’ll be perimenopause that takes me to Botox land. :/ sunscreen since I was 16 and religiously since like... 24 has done miracles but eventually the hormone tank is going to go to E, I’m going to get on hrt this winter probably. I do have a friend with genetic horizontal worry lines, so that’s part of it too so I’d never judge anyone for needing it before hormones tank. She is a red headed sun worshipper tho unfortunately.

    Hi Ash, I’ve been using Retrieve Tretinoin 0.05 since Oct 2023, that’s the brand and highest strength in Australia. I use it 6 nights a week. As previously mentioned it’s brought out more dark spots, wrinkles haven’t reduced yet. I use lactic acid one night a week. With Tretinoin I use, Arbutin, Tranexamic acid, Timeless Q10, Medik8 retinal eye 6 strength and moisturizer at night. Morning: Timeless C serum, Paula’s choice antioxidant with Resvertrol, Arbutin, TXA, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen. Will my dark spots fade? And fine lines lessen? Hello, it would be "sincere" to make a video about all the botox injections, fillers you do in addition to the skincare you promote and which have only a minimal effect compared to fillers and botox. No one, absolutely no one, can hope to have wrinkle-free, firm, taut skin like yours with just a cream and a serum.

    • @SincerelyMissAsh
      @SincerelyMissAsh  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hello, I am being "sincere" about not having botox, fillers (injectables) or any other work done to alter my face. I have absolutely no reason or benefit to share information that is false about myself. What do I truly gain from being dishonest? I started my channel to share my skincare journey and to also share product reviews etc. I want my channel to be a place where people follow me because they trust me. The only way that this is going to happen is if I am transparent, straight up and honest and say it the way it is. I am this person on screen and in person and I don't plan on changing that.
      Also, I have never stated that I am "wrinkle free" or to hope that I will be wrinkle free in the future. That isn't possible with skincare or even with injectables. If I can help to reduce the amount I develop as the years go on then perfect. Skincare can work with consistency and dedication and I do believe there are ingredients that can help prevent and minimize fine lines and wrinkles.
      Hope you had a great weekend!
