Ingredients:
500 grams of minced meat.
Spices to taste.
Spaghetti.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 onion.
150 milliliters of tomato paste.

A real Italian recipe for spaghetti is made with the golden triangle: /carrot, onion and celery\. also panchetta, herbs, minced meat, red wine and diced tomatoes and tomato puree

Ciao direi che gli ingredienti vanno bene ma il ragù deve essere fatto prima con il soffritto di aglio e cipolla poi aggiungere la carne mista maiale e manzo sfumare con vino rosso aggiungere passata di pomodoro peperoncino prezzemolo e basilico aggiungere un po' di brodo vegetale sale e pepe e terminare la cottura di almeno un'ora e mezza.
Gli spaghetti una volta scolati caldi vanno conditi con il ragù aggiungere a pioggia il parmigiano.

I would use about 1/2 cup of Crushed Tomatoes or Puree' tomatoes. 🙂
Don’t use sunflower oil. Highly processed oil. Use avocado or extra virgin olive oil

Looks delicious! If you eat this three times a week though you really need to drain the ground/minced meat. Your cholesterol and low density lipoproteins will be high and you can develop coronary artery disease & arteriosclerosis, especially with the bacon too.

To each its own, but...tomato paste and dry basil, can never replace fresh tomatoes and basil. Italians use celery, carrot and a dash of red wine, along with onion, garlic and minced meat and some meat stock. NEVER ever they mix the cheese with the sauce, in fact, some say no parmesan. Grandma used rosemary too....But, if your family likes it 3 x a week, good for you all!!

While I respect our cultural differences, it's hard to see so many basic mistakes 😅. Always saute the onion and garlic first before the meat. No whole or crushed tomatoes. So much flavor lost. I'd still eat it, though. Good work.

One serving suggestion - is I would not mix the pasta in the sauce. Instead, I would add olive oil to the cooked pasta, add a little pesto and then pour the sauce over the pasta.
If you add olive oil to the pasta and then pour sauce over it, isn't the oil covering blocking the red sauce from penetrating the pasta ?
I was taught never to do it that way, but if you like it that way, do it.......Just a suggestion.....

Carissimo difficilmente questa è una ricetta italiana soprattutto perché da noi il ragù, ciò che hai provato a fare , non si farebbe mai così e non con la paprika. Ci fai più bella figura onestamente se non lo dici. Per il resto potrei anche assaggiarlo ma come piatto tuo. Well 2 things that must be wrong with this video. One it is tomato sauce not paste. Paste has to be spooned out of the can or jar. And where is all the sauce made. You put nothing on the spaghetti. You just can't serve coated pasta? All that meat and cheese has gone where?
