I don't think the average black person is more likely to vote socialist (communist light) because of their race, but I think those who hold prominent positions do tend to significantly lean that way. Basically, anyone who has significant issues with the historical politics and culture of the United States is likely to embrace something opposed to that. And that something is communism/socialism.

While I believe Slow Joe is in dramatic cognitive decline, no one is suggesting he's completely out of it. Clearly, at least on good days, he is aware of his own precipitous mental decline. Sometimes these patients use distraction and denial to maintain a front where nothing is wrong and there's no problem but the advancement in his condition makes him way, way past that. You're assertion that character is a good indicator of a candidate's commitment to keeping election promises is contradicted by both Obama and Biden. Biden promised to be a centrist and promote unity and has done everything that is the opposite on both the domestic and international arena. Whether on the border issue and attacking MAGA Republicans to creating the conditions for the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East. A person of flawed character, like Donald Trump, who kept his campaign promises, is preferable to someone who presents nicely but governs miserably.

Its a complex subject with a very long history. IMO it begins with religious persecution and continued because for most of history Jews were a small, strange minority easily scapegoated for anything from plagues to poverty. Jews were also many times restricted from some occupations, making them go into middle men sort of jobs, which are easily hated and considered to be suspicious, especially in the Middle Ages. But really many books have been written on this, it’s a big subject.
The Jews are hated because they are God's "chosen people" and Jesus said, "they hate me so they will also hate you." The hate for the Jews is woven in the cloth of History.
And misinformation as well as misinformation with a good dose of jealousy thrown in for good measure.
