I have played more than 2 years and will continue to play for a long time. I have reached Plat countless times and I have built around 12 decks. I hate this game, do not recommend, 0/10
Some people say those new players hate YGO because they don't understand YGO, and they will like it if they know how to play the game properly. But, they forgot the chance of new player will hate the game more, the more they understand the game.
What surprises me the most about all these reviews is how many of them clicked thumbs up, and then gave an obviously negative comment, just for me to search MD on steam and see they are "mostly positive". I get people who earn money on this game aren't going to leave it, but for everyone else I don't see this being a pleasurable experience.
I personally enjoy it. Have three accounts with over 25 decks on each. The game is good and definitely enjoyable but my god are there some issues with the format and banlist. The rest of the problems come from Yu-Gi-Oh as a whole but I definitely do not regret playing this game.
I miss Normal Summoning Aleister but fr this game is fine. Even though I haven't played it in like 2 months I was there since day 1 and experienced some of the best and worst sides of the game. Other than the usual valid complaints such as the lack of different game modes and formats and of course the existence of Maxx C' I honestly think this game is pretty good. It's extremely f2p friendly and you can definitely enjoy it as a more casual experience. If you're smart about it you can be like me and have 10+ different decks without spending any money on the game. Slow progress is key.
I almost zoned DM to death with Vanquish Soul but ONE MISCLICK and they survived with 100 LP I think they sweated that one... The Surrender to Caesar Valois DP are hilarious, tho! XD
I've never played it but it's my understanding Konami has dropped the ball with Masterduel. When it came out it was the new hotness and non-Yugitubers were streaming it with nostalgia but it slowly died off. It wasn't as bad as say Fall Guys but it seemed that every month there was something to complain about.
Master Duel is a weird case. It's really good sim fundementally and is VERY F2P friendly, but it's very evident that they're holding back. There's so many things they could be doing that they just...... aren't. It honestly suffers from the same stuff IRL paper play does; an egrigious lack of variety with no promise to add diversity outside the occasional Festival to grind up Currency.
@@TheMasterBlaze I mean some cards are made UR but have no right to be that rarity, they made it harder to build more than one, maaaybe two decks when starting off for example Chaos Witch, a card worth 0,02€ and it's not a staple is treated as an UR you're telling me cards like Maxx C and Lightning Storm are the same value as a card that summons a pair of tokens to your side of the field?
People farm Steam's "x people found this review helpful" tags? Jesus. Though then again, that's just as worthless as farming TH-cam likes so... Maybe it really isn't that strange?
I am that Tear hater except for Labyrinth. I still stand by that yugioh has a bad problem with generic boss monsters and negation/disruption oriented gameplay.
always remember no one hates Yu gi oh more than Yu gi oh players
I wrote a negative review on steam and I'm also playing the game right now.

My review is "game sucks. I hate it"
Currently spent 800 hours in game
I love and hate yugioh, especially komoney
Yu-Gi-Oh players experience anger more than once per day 😂
Im 99% sure the first review was based on a copypasta
Glad to hear that
I was thinking a call to law enforcement might be required...

Don't try to understand. ̶w̶o̶m̶e̶n̶ yugioh. W̶o̶m̶e̶n̶ ̶ Yugioh players understand w̶o̶m̶e̶n̶ yugioh and they hate e̶a̶c̶h̶o̶t̶h̶e̶r̶ yugioh
if only we still had yahoo answers. i could only imagine the yugioh opinions that we would have there.
I need the "Stiry fry Swordsoul in a wok" review as a flood, does anyone have the full version?
tear guy knows what's up

I wonder if KeyYGO knows the origin for that Tearlament copypasta 💀
If i remember correctly it included "ra*e Tearlaments" and similar stuff?

5:01 is Mystic Wok big enough?
XD
genshin content eta? all i do is play master duel and genshin so your videos with genshin soundtrack in bg is the best tbh
genshin ost is goated so that'll keep coming. Also no MD worlds footage, just for you !
i would not like to disclose what i do to calm down from master duel
You have a double negative there, so would you like to disclose it or not?
@@jeremiahbennett3004 no, the nt was my brain being dumb
Blue-Eyes Review was definetively posted by Kaiba
I’d honestly rather Konami bring back Tear 0 instead of having Kashtira rip apart my whole deck just because I activated an effect
I love the osrs on the second monitor 🤣
Blue-eyes and Dark magician players are free wins in MD sometimes I'm surprised they even get to gold let alone platinum
Either someone can't get around 1 interruption or got floodgated by Skill Drain/Gozen Match
idk man i met DM player on D1 Rank up. im on purely lose coin toss get Skill Drain and Secret Village

Nah, ur literally sheep
Master Duel might be free, but the fine bois who invest their time into it make it worth it
Unless they kill themselves on the clock
I was hoping to try to earn the win, but okay...
You can xes the dragon? Best game, prefer waifu girl tho.
Spoiler alert, I can go x-2 from the comfort of my own home. True words! 🎉😂😅😂
Does that mean lose?!😂
Where do you get that dodoco bombastic ost?

Hete come the f2p pauper
I wonder what the app store people think lol
Swordsouls get the wall too
what swordsoul do?
I tried this game today and it took me 10~ 30 min just to get my turn to place a card. uninstalled it after a few matches.

people trying to kill tearlaments with dimension shifter

*zombie players crying themselves to sleep*
