How do you get the settings menu to have different categories? Mine has all the settings options in one long list

HOW DID YOU GET THE SETTINGS TO HAVE DIFFERENT CATERGORIES MOVING LEFT THE RIGHT INSTEAD OF GOING UP AND DOWN.
it depends on your carrier, if you have A&TT you have what he has, if you have T-mobile you get all of the settings on one continuous page
