This is an awesome beast. The only thing Samsung should improve next year is to make the screen ALL FLAT. It is virtually impossible to find a glass screen protector that goes with the contours of the phone. Yes - even the regular S7 has a slightly rounded screen edge. Check out the hundreds of frustrating videos about TGSP for this model. The other improvement is to do away with the glass back and go all metal - that back is slippery and super fragile, though it looks good.

I'm sorry to bust your bubble, but I'd recommend switching. Your probably better off switching to a S10, or S20 if you can afford it. Or even the S22 or 21. I'd just recommend switching. Trust me when I say, your going to so happy to get a new smartphone.
@@chrispez_lo here's even better advice: mind your damned business. Go solicitate your "knowledge" to your grandma or something 💀
@@SiamHossain7 damn right! I haven’t got money to throw down a toilet 🚽. I don’t want phones with no home button, audio Jack, or sd card slot!
I want flexibility and freedom. Not have to throw money away buying ridiculously expensive headphones etc!
I swear the 820 has adreno 530. Wasnt the 430 from the 810?
yup
+taz874 Definitely, or Mali-T880 MP12 www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_s7-7821.php
+taz874 yes and i'm not even sure the s7 has a 820
Petitjean Gilles It has in the US, everywhere else It's the Exynos 8890 Octa.
Wait, just to double check, the 410 is a typo?
This is an awesome beast. The only thing Samsung should improve next year is to make the screen ALL FLAT. It is virtually impossible to find a glass screen protector that goes with the contours of the phone. Yes - even the regular S7 has a slightly rounded screen edge. Check out the hundreds of frustrating videos about TGSP for this model.
The other improvement is to do away with the glass back and go all metal - that back is slippery and super fragile, though it looks good.
Curved Ends are cool.
So the Edge has a VERY curved screen already. Why not make a flat screen for those of us who like glass protectors?
The wireless charging feature will be lost if they go all metal. That's why they use glass.
I think the only problem with this phone is the ugly UI. I was once a M7 user and when I switch to S7 the UI suddenly feels so rubbish.
Leonardo Tio If you are complaining about UI on Android, you should realize that it's known for its customization.
Get Nova Launcher, Zooper Widget, and 0.99 icon pack from Vertimus, and your UI will look absolutely gorgeous.
TH-cam algorithm never fails to surprise me😂😂 Welcome everybody who are watching it during quarentine in 2020. Stay safe. ❤
See you again in 5 years later when this video get Recommended again.
Are you still following the damn train? 😂

My fav samsung design and who likes the coral blue in it😍😍😍😍
samsung must have hired a genius at some point, i mean a thicker phone with a bigger battery ? unheard of (plus all the other improvements)
Wonder why this was recommended to me in 2019!?!??!
I got my dads galaxy s7 when he upgraded to the galaxy s20. I was expecting to be jealous or disappointed that I didnt get the s20, but I haven't been feeling that way since I got it. It's an awesome phone. The only complaint I have is that the display has a few burn ins from when it was my dads. But other than that it's still an awesome phone in 2020.
Literally watching that in 2020 using my s7 after my 2020 phone died :/
Thx TH-cam for recommending it, that helped me to know the phone specs again:)
Who's watching on June, 2019?
Joel I C S TH-cams recommendations are really mixed, lmao.
Me today. I love Samsung. Looking at this affordable one

My actual phone, celebrated it's 4th birthday 2 days ago! Still a great phone!!! 😁
dropped my s7 from a fast moving automobile... the screen did not scratch. had mine on contract that did not include self damage. the phone edge did scratch though. but screen and back are scratch free
was so glad that I decided to share this
Wait, so it didn't crack??
yeah, but now i dropped it from my had froma metre into concrete and the back broke, later it slipped out of my suit breast pocket while i was jogging and the front cracked. ftp
+Tayo Damn, your phone has taken alot.
Tayo you're a fucking moron
Thinking about upgrading from the G1.. Is it worth it?
yes!
+derwoods81 no wait, the G1 should last you a couple of eons still
yes very
Anything is better than the G1...
+ItsEganTime not an iPhone
so is dbrand sponsoring every single tech youtuber or something?
I think they're just that good.
nope... they are just sponsoring everybody...
+Allen Tom slickwraps is also more expensive
yeah, most (or every) mobile review is sponsored by dbrand.
2020 and watching this using my samsung s7 which I have since 2016. 😉
Samsung: Planning to launch galaxy s21
TH-cam :Hey, wait have a look on this galaxy s7 review. Lmao..
No IR blaster.... TF Samsung how am I going to turn all of the TVs on in my school and public places?
yes.. that's also what troubled my mind...
+TheDolanizor Oh, man, I guess I will keep my Galaxy S6 then....haha
lol ikr, I did that to all the tv's that were off in the Detroit science center😂
+TheDolanizor with £5 remote ?
did that at my high school to all of the projectors, got snitched out
A full review on MKBHD = no need to watch another one elsewhere
Watching this on my S7 in 2021!
Still works for me only issue is the battery.
