Veel plezier 👍. Zelf ben ik alleen op Thoddoo en Maafushi geweest, en heb ik kort Male en Rasdhoo gezien. Wel heb ik nog wat andere zandbanken/eilandjes bezocht tijdens een tour 😉
I am not sure who you asked, but fishing on Thoddoo is definitely allowed. Are you sure you are on Thoddoo island? 😛 You are allowed to fish on basically any local island, but not on islands that are owned by resorts. In that case you need to ask permission of the resort owner, which is often a "no'. I have been here multiple times and tons of locals knew about it. I have fished all over Thoddoo and also on Maafushi, with and without locals, both catch and release and catch and cook for some locals. You can 100% fish on Thoddoo 🏝️
@chizzyfishing yeah I'm not at that island, I'm on a resort island. I did a sneaky fish anyways early in the morning and caught good size trevallys. I also went for a snorkel and saw some huge fish that looks like bonefish? Next time I will definitely stay on an island where we can fish
@@Cparker8 A yea, unfortunately resort islands are basically a no go and you need to take a boat to another island or fish from the boat. Great you got a nice catch anyway, make sure you go to a local island next time 😉 So much cheaper and you can fish all you want 🎣. Enjoy your stay in the Maldives.
@@Cparker8 Yes it is way to expensive in my opinion, especially since you don't really need a boat to catch good fish in The Maldives. I only have experience fishing on Thoddoo and Maafushi. I personally like Thoddoo, because it is a very quiet island and you can fish almost everywhere, since there are almost no tourists around 😉. All my latest Maldives videos are from Thoddoo. I did catch some nice Emperor in Maafushi though, which I somehow never caught on Thoddoo. 😛. But Maafushi is very touristy, so the places you can fish are a bit limited if you don't want to hook 🪝 a tourist. Also, if you are on a local island like Thoddoo or Maafushi, tours (including fishing tours) will be soooo much cheaper. So you can still decide to do some boat fishing from one of the local islands if you don't have too much luck from the beach.
wow 😮
finally!! The video of been waiting for!!!🎉
Thanks a lot. Unfortunately I couldn't land the big fish, but one day I will succeed 😉💪🎣
So cool! What island is this?
This is on "Thoddoo" 🏝️. Beautiful island to fish 😉. Thanks for watching.
Mancing pinggir laut yang seru
Gaaf hoor!
Dankje. Geweldig om hier te vissen 💪 🎣. Volgende keer moet ik een grotere setup meenemen 😉
Ben je nog op andere eilanden geweest daar? Ik ga de 5e die kant op
