He always gave pessimistic numbers for BJP. By luck his prediction came true now. He has no exact prediction formula. Last state elections, poll pundits gave pessimistic numbers for Rajasthan and MP and they got it wrong. In this election, they gave very liberal optimistic number for BJP and got it wrong. Rahul's BJY had no impact then but Rahul's NY has big impact. This is all B.S. In Hindsight, Modi's call of 400 par was wrong and a bane. It gave an impression of arrogant Modi. Opposition and Media played on the fear of "Dictator Modi with 400 majority" very well.

Not a great result for my portfolio but I love the result as this quite a positive sign for the Health of India's Democracy. BJP was being quite abusive and arrogant.
Don't cry over paper losses (agree it it sometimes hard not to). It will recover in a month or two. If BJP had gotten brute majority, it would have been very hard for the country to recover.

The best analyst is the one who is honest about his data, and intelligent in his calculations. Yogendra-ji has that rare combination, and an added quality - he does not buckle under pressure or enticements. He does not give our predictions as an endorsement for any political party; he just says what he finds.
The rest of the so-called "experts" either did not care how they got their data, or how much data they actually collected, or how to handle that data. They only cared about pleasing The Boss.
The difference is there to see.

Let me just admit, I'm a fan of this guy !!
His analysis on reservation for national dastak, profiling of RML for the quint, analysis of the political picture when Nitish Kumar walked over to Mahagathbandhan in 2022 for this very channel & of course his own experience with emergency for scoopwhoop are some of the videos I've watched repeatedly.
However the best of his analysis was when AIMIM won five seats in Bihar in 2020 assembly elections. And why it's a worrying situation. However, I can't find that video. Please let me know if someone has it.
