A service dog is a service dog regardless of what that service is from those who are visually impaired to those who have other mental or medical issues that require the person to have a service dog to help them to be guided around places. Including food halls, caf'es resturants etc, etc. These are not just any dog they are fully trained to behave i such places & are so well behaved they won't foul the floor or urinate the place. They wait until they can find a suitable place like a park or grass verged area or usually they wait paitiently until they get home. They are no trouble to anyone.& very rarely you might get the owner to allow to stroke their dog. But, that is extremely RARE!!! as most owners say the dog is still working & is still on alert & fully working although the dog might serm it is resting until it gets back home. It would simply down to the owner to say one way or the other if they mind or not As long as it's not over pampered either just a little gentle stroking. But, usually many owners will refuse anyone to touch their dog. Of course you must respect the owners wishes for that. As for any place refusing the working dog entry to a place regardless of what that dog is for then that i would saybis HIGHLY PEJUDICE & DISCRIMATIVE & VERY WRONG!!!! & I would gonto say very SPITEFUL!!! aswell. 😡😡😡😡😡 This would highly 😡 me & would back the person that has the guide dog up & have the name of the place street, road or whatever it is located on & the district including the town, or city etc , etc it is located in & have several pictures & somd video footage aswell of it & let the media have a field day with it 👏👏👏👍😁😁😉 Places like this should never be allowed to open up let alone run a business EVER!!!! & indo hope this place was severly prosecuted & heavily fined for being such a complete A. HOLES!!!! ( excuse my profanity). & the staff that are hrld responsable shoukd be SACKED without pay forthwith. & the manager should be named & shamed aswell. & see how it is to be humilated all over the media & the streets & rosds & maybe putma load of super, super strong stickers on their car 👍😁 showing what sort of despicable scumbag!!! they are.

A dog does not belong in a place where food is served or prepared. I am sick of people's entitlement. Their dogs must go anywhere and everywhere with them without any consideration for others. The rules of etiquette with a service animal are quite simple. No touch, no talk, no eye contact. Never distract a service animal by "hugging and snuggling" them. If you see staff doing that, talk to the manager, don't get upset with the dog or its handler.

There is no such thing as identification for a service dog. Identification/certification/registration are all scams. Showing fake ID (and it is 100% fake regardless of how you got it) makes it harder on future handlers and makes you seem like a fake.

official I.D doesn't exist in america, and it's against their rights as a disabled person to get asked for their i.ds. sorry, didn't read this right.
the reason you shouldn't use I.Ds as a handler team is because the next time someone has a supposed I.D card for their service dog, they could be letting in a lot of fake service dogs that way. it further instills the idea that service dogs have to have I.D, making it hard for the next real team who doesn't have an I.D and ends up with many situations like in the video. disabled people should not have to prove their need for their medical equipment, it's a violation against their rights and privacy.
