Why not Very safe and the bus is going up and down the Hotel zone Easy to get around I go alone all the time and m a woman Go ahead ! Enjoy Cancun is better than Cabo for transportation no to much streets vendors

Como mencionan , todo es excelente :D!,,, y te conviene reservar directamente con ellos :D ofrecen buenos precios, promociones y te dan transporte de aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto gratis, al reservar con ellos.
En la reserva se selecciona vista frontal o parcial al mar, igual al llegar ahí se pide si tienen disponibilidad a mi me ascendieron según ellos a las villas solo adultos pero sin vista mas que al jardín no me agradó para nada con todo y que las villas es un área aparte y mucho mas cara y alguno que otro servicio adicional pero me tocó en la parte de atrás con vista a los edificios que están frente a la alberca jaja y en el tercer piso y no hay elevadores en esta área, me dio coraje pero después al darme cuenta que casi no te la pasas en la habitación y recibir trato preferencial por estar en esta sección realmente valió la pena, ojalá se me haga pronto volver y sería mi cuarta vez en este imponente hotel, suerte!!!
Lol first thing when we arrived they want to put as in small building no ac on the stairs no elevator bad view..don't be fouled, main building all rooms have ocean view somewhat! Hotel was ok service too but building itself feels like old hotel, my opinion.
No dont need to stay just at thr hotel the bus is close and goes up and down the Hotel zone for 1 $ was 5 years ago maybe more now They have ferry close to Isla muheres and Cozumel Try Is very nice Cancun

Stayed there as a teen when they first opened in 2010/2011 and it was fantastic.!
