I'm studying Computer Science and I want to become a FrontEnd Web Developer and I know there's a lot of code programm languages that we need to know. Tonight I started with the basic, HTML/CSS and a little bit with JavaScript, I see so many opportunity job and most of them they ask for many skills that you need to be able to use and even if you are looking for an intership you need to have experiencie in your area, that's insane.

@@AssasynCounterExtrem At my new job we actually have our own CMS for the customer to update their website on. I'll mainly use javascript for certain customized templates that need a bit of extra code, but we basically try to use as little Javascript as possible, and use CSS for most of it.

OMG. Mine is more like 70% meetings, 20% coding, and 10% random junk. :( And random junk I mean are things management wants a $200k/year software engineer to do that a $50k entry level intern can do.
This video was somewhat helpful yet still don't know what you "actually" do. Examples of tests and code you fix would be great in another video. Record what you're actually doing on the job. Or an example of something similar. You say 70 percent is spent coding - so if I code a tic tac toe game I'm good to go 100k easy ?

I got a package of 3 LPA (Lakhs per Annum in Indian Rupees) in QA, & I feel from now on that there is not much future in this. Probably will not get more salary. I want to switch my career, I want to go to Frontend. I know HTML and CSS & I am learning JavaScript well. Please reply to me about what and how I have to do! Find websites to learn the bascis of it, read alot of books about it, stay consistent in it.
