Depending on what meal I’ll add different things like cinnamon powder, stevia, cocoa powder, honey, oatmeal, fruit, really the protein yogurt bowl possibilities are endless and it would be my favorite thing to look forward to all day. Highly recommend this kind of snack. It’s satisfying and like you’re eating a dessert.

    Sounds so good✨
I do something similar, but now I use plain coconut yogurt (GI preferred), lil almond milk, or oat creamer and/or water, cinnamon, chia seeds, flaxseed, Naked nutrition pea protein powder (not endorsing, just preferred) I alternative chocolate/vanilla per mood and add their peanut butter powder. After that I whisk it up and I like to lightly top with more flavorful PB2, sometimes a lil stevia.
In a separate bowl, I add slightly defrosted frozen fruits, usually blueberries and mangos, my fav! Sometimes, I’ll add other frozen fruits, like, peaches, cherries or fresh banana. Whatever, I’m in the mood for. Then, with a fork, I dip the fruit in the mixture. It may sound weird to people who aren’t nutrition/fitness enthusiasts, but for me it works, checks the boxes, I really enjoy it!
Can also add collagen, amino powders etc.
Years ago it started with Fage yogurt, other protein powders and FRESH mango, and it’s totally evolved.
What I like about the yogurt/protein powder concept, you can play around with it and find what works for your body and taste.

I bought a few bags to try different flavors and I have been more than upset about the customer service who never gets back to you. But the taste, only one bag was actually edible, the other 4 had to have been bad because not only did they smell bad but tasted like puke 🤮 I contacted customer service to ask if this is just how it tastes or maybe I got a bad batch or what may be wrong and they just completely ignore. I contacted them twice once in December and once in January. I figured maybe December they got slammed so gave another chance sent email Janauary 26 and no one cares to contact me because they got the money. I truly thought Bobby’s company would be top tier since he always speaks on it and it’s been terrible. The protein powder is not worth it in my opinion so everyone else looking for an honest review this is truly it.

I did this for a long time, pretty much daily, without the seeds. It's great. Recently, I got a Ninja Creami and after trying out a few recipes I switched to 1 cup of milk plus 200-250 grams of a fruit of your choice, frozen or fresh, (strawberry is my favourite), scoop of protein, blend it up, add some sweetener to taste, freeze it and turn it into ice cream.
It's much tastier than the protein yogurt. A little less protein because the milk isn't as protein heavy as the yogurt and the fruit adds a little bit of calories depending on what fruit you choose. But it's also a full pint of ice cream every day with 30+ grams of protein and around 400 calories (depending on type/amount of fruit and sweetener). It's not Hagen Daaz but it's honestly much tastier than Halo Top and actually better than a lot of cheap strawberry ice creams because it's got a ton of real strawberries in it.
And milk is a hell of a lot cheaper than greek yogurt.

I recently tried the Protein Powder priced at $60, and I have to say, it falls short of expectations, especially given its hefty price tag. The ingredient list boasts a variety of "superfoods" and proteins that sound impressive, but upon closer inspection, many of these components are overrated and can be found in much more affordable alternatives.
One of the main concerns is the marketing hype surrounding the product. While it claims to be "clean" and "pure," the actual nutritional benefits don’t justify the cost. There are plenty of other protein powders on the market that offer similar, if not better, nutritional profiles at a fraction of the price.
Additionally, the flavor options were underwhelming, and the powder didn’t mix well with liquids, leaving a gritty texture that was far from enjoyable. For those looking to fuel their workouts or supplement their diet, I would recommend seeking out more cost-effective and palatable options. Save your money and skip this overpriced protein powder!

There’s many other elements in his business model you can look at for deception. are you american ?
