    • @agarcia6585
      @agarcia6585 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The Muy Thai guy was NEVER dominating.
      If you watched carefully at first the Judoka kept the distance then when the Muy Thai came in to attack the Ju-Jitsu guy tried several times to close the distance getting pummeled with the Muy Thai guy successfully defending those counter-attacks.
      The Muy Thai guy then tried to throw the Ju-Jitsu guy and the Ju-Jitsu guy masterfully reversed the throw putting the Muy Thai guy on his back.
      After some grappeling and regaining his feet the Muy Thai guy again attempted a throw with the Ju-Jitsu guy again reversing the throw.
      After that the Ju-Jitsu guy systematically broke down the Muy Thai defense by first trapping the lower body, then trapping his arm, finally forcing a tap-out.
      Again the Muy Thai guy's moves were flashy but he was never in control.
      In order for the Muy Thai guy to control he needed distance, and once the Ju-Jitsu guy managed to close the distance and grab a wrist or especially take it down to the ground the fight was never in doubt.

      Mr Coach thats why you have to train a lot of other crafts. Arts. Then ur pretty much unstoppable. Im 46 and I have a passion for Martail Arts. I plan on training real soon. As i look at them all. From wing chun to karate. I'd love to learn them all. To start out my journey I'll begin with these two arts. Muay Thai for 3 hours. Then later in the day I'd practice train ninjitsu. So I'm definitely getting my jitsu in. Not worried about fighting to much on the ground. Hopefully with my superior training it'll never make it to the ground. I luv aikido. I plan to get some of that. Next is either wing chun or jeet kun do. I did a lil Karate. Stop attending at white belt.😂😂 In ninjitsu eventually you'll learn how to use weapons. Honestly though, we're living in some violatile world. So I won’t lie Japanese are to traditional so Bjj is more modern a bit different but don’t deny the history and also remember sport judo is not he same as traditional judo self defense. A situação é a seguinte: não é o caso de qual arte é melhor. Temos que ter em mente que elas são incomparáveis. Veja, um praticante de BJJ resolve confrontar o praticante de MT, porém, deve-se utilizar unica e exclusivamente as técnicas originais de cada arte. Logo, em pé, o BJJ não poderá utilizar de guarda para bloquear soco nem disferir murros, cotoveladas ou chutes, rasteiras sem agarrar (não sei se tem no BJJ) Assim como, no chão o lutador de MT não poderá fazer nada referente ao BJJ seja em pé ou no chão.
    Ou seja, se for pro chão vai poder ficar só se debatendo? E realizar um ground-pound (bater, cotovelada no chão) também não pode (pois é técnica de MMA)? Então, se cair na guarda ou meia guarda, mata-leão, vai ficar deixando?
    Pois bem, se cair no chão, naturalmente o lutador de MT pode vir a fazer uma técnica de BJJ inconscientemente, assim como, se o lutador de BJJ soltar um chute (consequentemente será MT) e estragar toda a comparação... Entende? Por isso não dá pra comparar.
    É isso que acontece em lutas pra valer, vemos o BJJ socando e o MT fazendo raspagem... Como pode????
    Eis aí minha opinião.. Forte abraço! Deus, Força e Luta!

    That was a very unskilled Muay Thai practitioner vs an expert jiujitsu guy. Had it been someone with more skill/experience, it would have ended in favor of Muay Thai in the first few seconds. It was just evident when the black guy had the opportunity to break away and land some devastating hits but he instead decided to try to grapple /take down the jiujitsu guy, and trying to grapple a jiujitsu guy when it is not your discipline will only end in one way

      Judo was originally called Kano Jiu Jitsu by the creator, getting the name Judo later on for 'uniqueness'. Judo is a compilation of the most effective Jiu Jitsu techniques in Japan at the time. Even quite a long while after Judo got the name of Judo, many people still called it Jiu Jitsu. Which is why when the brazilians learned it, they called their grappling 'Brazilian' Jiu Jitsu. Basically 'Brazilian version of the Japanese art called Jiu Jitsu..'

    I'm from Brasil, and I did tkd for 5 year, karate 1 year, muay thay 1 year and BJJ for 1 year. If you fight on the streets I think muay thai is the best, but if you face a guy who know bjj, if he want you are dead, its a snake wrapping around you. It's like playing chess, and if you know all the moves the game is already won before start.
    The guy who know bjj just need to handle all the pressure before go to the ground. I myself 65kg (at the time) made some friends of mine (+100kg) submit.
