EPIC! Lets get some more builds out here my dude. Love seeing the different combinations of armor and skills. Gives me plenty of ideas and you know I have to make a build like this now lol.
high mana gatling fireball mage with astral bow and sniper passive? apocalypse on feet. or just even the wind projectile, so much impact you force them to stay on ground
Brace ---> Flash Onslaught over and over is pretty fun too. Losing Discipline (easily the worst part of flash onslaught) doesnt really matter when you can get it back instantly! I tried this build before, and counterstrike is good but brace is waaay better since it stops attacks that are in motion and counterstrike will sometimes let you get hit if they do a 3 or 4 hit combo.
mage build could be absolute with this. thunder god build with scholar staff, all the lighning boosts and lightmend backpack.....you cast wind sigils everywhere or stack 10 of them on the same spot and WHAM heres 1650 damage (not even counting pack/staff/boon bonus % as its just becomes stupid) with just ONE cast of conjure. for multiple mobs just cover 50m2 with sigils and elatt himself will feel impotent.
I made a similar physical build a while, settled with an 80% cd reduction. With almost 200 physical damage, not counting skill damage multipliers, and enough cd reduction to effectively keep up the mana ward. This made it to be actually a durable squishy build if played right. Your build also seems very fun and broken. Could be insane with a sigil-stacking mage setup.

I have to admit this is insane xD Breaking game the legit way.
Well I love this. Wish I had the personal skills to make it work. I gave up playing Outward DE 4 months ago as I could never succeed. Playing another round just now and by day 7, 3 defeats. Now that they rob money from you if your defeated is more of a challenge( Lost 2 gold bars & I don't know how much silver) I'll give your thoughts a try. I see a comment below where they claim nearly 200 physical damage. I have nearly 4700 hours of play and the most I have ever managed is 76. Obviously there is heaps I don't know.
All those weapon skill uses are gonna take a toll on your weapon durability, but that's a small price to pay. Worth mentioning, boosting your cooldown rate won't work for skills already in cooldown, but in this instance, nothing EVER seems to be in cooldown. Monstrous!
@Linsel Greene True but for skill spam I prefer Tsar for the extra impact damage. Enchanted iron weapons only really have attack speed to separate them from Tsar, which is irrelevant if you aren't using basic attacks. Definitely worth a consideration though, especially Unsuspecting Str Golden Knuckles 😍
There is no practical use for this at all…you can make a sigil spam build that’s pretty OP, but it’s so tedious. Outside of that, you destroy your weapon durability so quickly it’s not worth it. It’s ALWAYS better to just drop down to 90% and a lot of builds can be made from that.
ALSO, worth noting, as it’s incredibly relevant…Mana Ward does NOT prevent the hit, just the damage, so you will instantly lose Alertness levels. What this means is that you actually can NOT spam mana ward for invincibility, and the instant you get hit by anything your build becomes completely vulnerable and obsolete. There isn’t a single skill you can use with the staff that makes the 100% cooldown worthwhile or practically effective, and what DOES “work” ONLY works with the cooldown, so as soon as you no longer have alertness you’re just a bad non build with a broken staff.
@@sk0omaalters96 I’d have to disagree with you on this build idea being bad, using brace infinitely to stagger your opponent already makes this idea S+ tier as that’s all you’d need to break the game and it doesn’t wear down your weapon when using. The guy in the video could have chosen better breakthrough than Warrior Monk and Wild Hunter but having infinite cooldown can break builds. P.S. you shouldn’t use manaward as a defensive tool at all ;)
@@sk0omaalters96 astral bow and sniper so you can spam fireballs from 50m away, high mana, arcane robes, philosopher so mana regen and best fire dmg,put yourself on fire in the sigil, add hermit for 10%boon damage. warm boon , mage tent and youre armaggedon on feets
even at 80%, being able to have a tsar weapon or enchanted iron weapon that can take the punishment of all that skill spamming is worth more than being at 100% and being stuck with only that staff… heck, i’d rather have my trusty gold quarterstaff. 28 base damg, 1.2 speed and can be enchanted with nearly every element? (not corrupt) i’ll take it the gold set weapons are seriously slept on. they all have weird little quirks: i think the golden junk claymore’s special attack does almost double dmg for some reason, and the gold knuckles can do more dmg than the tsar knucks if you prep them right before legacy chesting them. but i like the quarter staff. really gives off that “warrior monk” vibe

You should use the Outward Subreddit or Discord to ask for help/build questions. Lots of people always willing to help
@@buritomaster Yep! 4674.4 hours of play.
Is it the Energized Potion that breaks the 90% cap? Or was the cap implemented after you made this build?

Yeah thats one thing I noticed for sure, luckily the staff has pretty high durability so you are able to get away with abusing it haha.
Tbh just use a Tsar weapon and settle for 90% CDR, which is more than enough to spam skills effectively.
@@lovewilcox6874 Enchanted Iron Weapons are another durable option, though you won't get that sweet cooldown bonus on the staffs.

What is that skill in you E slot?
That’s the skill you can get from Caldera after building the gladiator arena
