    I think fasting really is the key to unlocking mental clarity - food seems to be the enemy of focus. Only issue is us guys bulking up need to get the calories in :/

    great video jack , i am going to dig deeper into the whole veggie thing being bad , i eat similarly to a keto diet so pretty healthy but i add vegetables like cucumbers , cabbage , tomatoes , kale i may end up cutting them out if i get enough info confirming this theory

      Andrew Huberman said that humans get a positive anti-oxidative effect from the “defense chemicals” that the bio hackers tell you to avoid. I don’t think vegetables are bad, just eat a varied and healthy diet and you’ll be fine

    I'm not quite sold on fasting. As far as I'm aware, eating a meal every 3 hours (usually small rather than big meals) and having breakfast as soon as possible after getting up is the healthiest. I'm not saying fasting is bad, it certainly has been getting more popular these days, but there are more considerations than just those mentioned in this video. It may have some toll on the stomach or bowels (not eating regularly seems to have some).
    So that I don't sound too negative: good job on the rest, I agree with vast majority and have introduced it into my life / doing so / planning to do so. You're definitely wiser than I was at 24.

      I also don't know how fasting would work with someone who is bulking, eating 3,000+ calories in a small window seems like a recipe for fat gain if I'm not distributing the minerals.

    Pretty sure reverse osmosis and distillation remove alot of good minerals from the water that are key in hydrating you aswell as the fluoride so you have to keep some trace minerals and add them back in.

    i've learn the 10-3-1 for sleep hack, 10 hours before bed, you stop caffeine, 3 hours before bed, you stop eating, 1 hour before bed, stop blue light. Hope it help someone

    For those who struggle to wake up with a loud sudden alarm. Especially those who are trying to avoid having the phone in your room. You can get alarm clocks which have a slow buildup of calm peaceful music. I have the philip hue. It can play bird music and some japanese style ambience. Its great.

    I am 17 years old from india, I am 185cm tall in a good shape. I'd never eat meat in my life because of religious reasons and I quit eating dairy and eggs in my early teens because of cruelty behind them and I don't feel any problem and yeah I am an Indian my ancestors were vegetarians too they don't eat meat and eggs but yeah they consumed alot of dairy. They have their own cows, they don't buy milk products from cruel dairy industry.

      I’m my opinion I think you need to do one before the other. I’m on a book right now and it will. I don’t have the most amazing mental clarity compared to before, it’s something that needs to be done. I think just putting on size and muscle will always come first because you need to get it done first. And then when you get to your goal, then you can come back on the crazy calories in focus on more cognitive foods essentially.

    I drank distilled water for a while
    Wouldn't reccomend it at all. Distilled water will literally leech minerals out of your teeth and body as it passes through. I use a counter top RO filter from the UK brand Osmio, it's pretty good.
