New camera looks spot on mate. I think the sound volume seems a bit quieter when you're speaking. Not sure if you can adjust that in the edit. Low light picture looks better than a gopro 👍🏻 Hope you're ready for the big day! 💪🏃♂️ Good luck.
Yes you’re right Mark, I noticed the same. I tried to edit the volume but that’s as high as it went. Might need a mic attached to my shirt maybe, I’ll look into it. Raring to go for Sunday! Cheers for that 👍🏼
Nice one mate, was looking at one of them as thought be easier to carry and head/hat mount but they dont seem to be coming down in price do they hahahahaha, i agree with what one of y our other subs said in that its a little quiet i dont know if there is settings etc to change? btu thats why we practice 😉 Good luck for the weekend mate, if the wheels fall off for any random reason just enjoy the atmosphere but i hope you smash it mate 🙌🙌
Cheers bud. Yeah they are a bit of dollar to be fair. Found one brand new on eBay for £235 which I thought was a decent deal. It has a dash board built in to show your speed, heart rate etc on screen whilst you’re running, game changer! Cheers mate yeah I’ll take in the atmosphere and try and run a sensible pace for once haha.
Hello! Yes it’s lovely and green around at the moment. A lot of my runs have been around town whilst it’s been dark when I run in the mornings but it’s getting light and the trails are finally drying out. It’s great to get out on the trails this time of year!
Hi Steve Have you revisited MAF training in your Marathon training block. I'm curious to know if you've incorporated it or have moved into another Easy run method Best of luck for London

Best of luck this weekend mate. Weather's looking good if a touch warm.
Thanks Dom! The unpredictable British weather it will probably end up windy and rainy again, gotta crack on with either way. Looking forward to it!
