      Thank you... For godown with GI sheets cost may be 800 to 1000 per sft including all. If go with concrete slab it may cost upto 1300 per sft

    But నాదొక సందేహం.మనం పిల్లర్స్ వేసేటపుడు ..పిల్లర్స్ అన్ని కూడా ఒకే లైన్ లోనే ఉండాలని rule ఏమైనా ఉందా???

      అలాంటి రూల్స్ ఏమి లేవు... కానీ మనం కట్టుకొనే ఇంటి గదులు కామన్ గా, చతురస్రంగా కానీ దీర్ఘచతురస్రంగా కానీ ఉంటాయి. అందువల్ల బీములు కలపడం కోసమే ఓకే లైనలో పెడతారు.
      మనకు కావాలంటే ప్రత్యేకంగా డిజైన్ చేయంచుకోవచ్చు.
      కొన్ని ప్రత్యేకమైన భవనాల పిల్లర్స్ ఒకే లైన్ లో ఉండవు

      క్రింద అనగా,,పిల్లర్ ఫుటింగ్ నుండి మీద ప్లింత్ బీమ్స్ వరకు 9×9 పిల్లర్ సైజ్ వేసాకా...plinth beem తరవాత 9×9 పిల్లర్ సైజ్ ని 9×12 లేదా 9×15 sizes కి పిల్లర్స్ నీ పెంచుకోవచ్చ???

      అసలు పెంచుకోకూడదు, ఫూటింగ్ నుండి ఏమి ఉంటే అదే చివరి వరకు వేయాలి, కావాలంటే స్టీల్ మార్చుకోవచ్చు అదికూడా 12mm కంటే ఎక్కువ డయ బార్లు అయితేనే.... అంటే 20 రాడ్ ఉంటే దానిని 16రాడ్ గా, లేదా 16 ఉంటే 12రాడ్ గా మార్చుకోవచ్చు కానీ 12రాడ్ ఉంటే 10గా మార్చాకూడదు. పిల్లర్స్ కానీ బీమ్స్ కానీ మినిమమ్ 12రాడ్ వేయాలిసిందే

      25 x 35 లో duplex house కట్టుకుంటే చాల బాగుంటుంది. 32 నుండి 36 లక్షల వరకు అవుతుంది.
