    మా ఏరియాలో కాలమ్స్, plinth భీమ్, స్లాబ్, అన్నిటికీ కాంక్రీట్ ఎట్లా మిక్స్ చేస్తున్నారంటే, ఒక సిమెంట్ బాగ్, 4 పెద్ద గ మేళాలు కంకర, 3 పెద్ద గమేళాలు ఇసుక కలిపి పోస్తున్నారు. ఇది ఏ గ్రేడ్ కింద వస్తుంది. దయచేసి చెప్పగలరు

      అది మేస్త్రి మిక్స్... దీని గ్రేడ్ కలిపినా ప్రతిసారి మారుతుంది. తప్పనిసరిగా ఆ మిక్స్ యొక్క గ్రేడ్ తెలుసు కోవాలంటే 15x15x15cm సైజు గల క్యూబ్ లో, ఆ కాంక్రీట్ పోసి దగ్గరలో వున్నా ఇంజనీరింగ్ కాలేజీలో ఇస్తే వాళ్ళు దాని compressive strength తెలుపుతారు దాని ద్వారా ఆటోమేటిక్ గా గ్రేడ్ తెలుస్తుంది

    Good info. Thanks. I intend to construct s house of 1000 sft. Is it necessary to utilise the services of an architect, design engineer, who gives design for rod bending and a civil engineer.

      Architect can give the plans, elevation and utilisation of floor area with requirement.
      Civil Engineer can give the structural drawings, and civil engineers also give the plans but not elevations.

    Sir మా house కి 16mm rod ఉపయోగించి పిల్లర్ size 12*9 కి use చేశాము. చాలా మంది 16mm rod piller ను పగలుగొడుతుంది అంటున్నారు... ఎంత వరకు correct తెలియజేయగలరు..foundation work complete అయ్యింది present

      ఎటువంటి పరిస్థితులలో 16mm వలన ఎటువంటి పగుళ్ళు రావు,
      మీరు కాంక్రీట్ వేసేటప్పుడు నాలుగు వైపులా కవర్ ఉండేలా ( రాడ్ షట్టరింగ్ బాక్స్ కు తగలకుండా )చూసుకొవాలి. ఆలా వేస్తే రాడ్ పూర్తిగా కాంక్రీట్ లో ఉండి ఎటువంటి ఇబ్బందులు రావు.

      12coloums ఉన్నాయ్ g+1... వాటి సైజ్ రెండు coloums 12×9 మిగతా 8 coloums సైజ్
      9× 9 ..అన్ని coloum లో 12mm రాడ్స్ 4. 10mmరాడ్స్2 మోత్తం 6 రాడ్స్ ఉన్నాయి. అయితే ఇప్పుడు ఉన్న దాని( g+1)పైన ఒక ప్లోర్ వేయాలనుకుంటున్నాం. వేయవచ్చా????మీ సలహా ఏంటి భయ్యా?????

      Density of Sand is 1450 - 2082 kg/m³ depends on dry sand, wet sand, loose sand etc.,
      In the same way Metal also varying..
      10mm 1750kg/m³
      12mm 1600kg/m³
      20mm 1450kg/m³
      40mm 1200kg/m³

    what is the difference between R.R and C.R.S masonry

      RR masonry : Random Rubble masonry means, the shape of the stones are not having the shape means one stone is big another is small also one stone having two faces one having three faces, some have only one face.
      CRS masonry : Coursed Rubble Stone masonry means having the stones of corrected shape and equal size, also the construction is in line and level
