Brilliant video!!! thanks! i also wet wipe the phone and remote, sometimes the loo seat and flush. one thing i also take with me on hols is an over the door hook! just a single one you get from home shops, but it never ceases to amaze me how a family hotel room only ever has one hook in the bathroom or on the back of a door.
In addition I like to wipe down the faucet and the toilet handle too. Such quick things to do, not a big deal but it does make me feel better about staying in that space. Great tips. Thank you.
I have my husband & kids trained to wipe down everything with wipes as soon as we get on the plane! Also the remote control in the hotel room & I bring Clorox wipes to wipe down the bathroom.
These are great tips!!! I pack and use my toiletries for a day or two before leaving for a trip as well..helps me to prevent leaving without some essential item!!! Thank you so much for doing this entire series of videos...It will be valuable to go back and re-watch each time I get ready to take a trip!!!💙💙💙
Oh my - you and I are so much a like. I bring a white noise machine because I can't sleep if I hear everyone slamming doors and talking in the hallways. These are such great tips. My daughter and I will be going to Santorini Greece this summer - I can't wait!! I'll be sure and review this video before we go so I can refresh my memory.
Great ideas. We always purchased Christmas ornaments on trips too. But we just went to Charleston, SC and we got ceramic coasters this time. They had some beautiful ones and they were so easy to bring home. Also we saw a beautiful coffee table book about Charleston, but it was heavy and bulky... so I went on Amazon and found the same book. I ordered it and it was at my house when I got home! Hope you had a great trip! Jackie from Indiana
My husband and I take a lot of meds. I found at TJMaxx a seven day pill container in a nice cover. He has a plain one. I have a floral one. We can hold everything we need and they take up very little space in my bag.
I travel a lot but still learned new tips from this video. Thank you! Another tip is to actually email a copy of your passport to a loved one or to yourself in addition to the paper copy. In an emergency if you get to an embassy, you can get the copy by email.
Thanks for the tips Jennifer, I already do all of these tips but I didn't know about packing heaviest to the wheels- that's an awesome tip & makes so much sense. Have a great tip xxxxxxx
CapeCodBelle We use Sleep Machine. You can make your own mix from a huge list of sounds. My mix is: Airplane Cabin (jet), Air Conditioner (hotel), White Noise 4, and Inside Car. 😴😊
Yes! I always do all those places with my Wet Wipes. I also wipe the head rest of my seat just in case the last person did or did not wash his/her hair lately... I carry a travel size spray can of Lysol and make sure I spray everything in the bathroom as well. It's a bit of a pain but better safe than sorry right?

May I ask how many actual days you were able to pack for? I'm going on a 15 day trip to Europe next month and I REALLY want to pack a carry on only.....For the last 5 days of the trip we will have access to a washer/dryer. Thoughts? Looking at that AWAY bag as well. Love your videos!!!
Amazing video Jennifer!! I truly enjoyed watching it. I love the idea about clipping earrings to your blouse, I never would have thought to do that. I have seen the straw trick on Pinterest but haven't tried that either. I hope that you have an amazing time in Tahiti. Can't wait to hear all about it. xoxo Cathy
Love your videos! I’m totally the same with wiping things down too! I live in the U.K. and we often holiday for 2 weeks when we travel. I’ve often thought we’d like to use carry on luggage but not sure if I’d be able to pack for 2 weeks. Have you used carry on for a 2 week break? X
Oh my goodness these are excellent tips!! Some of them were things I was already doing, and some tips were new to me. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us!!😊
Do the wet ones have to be in the liquids bag? I also noticed that the nail polish remover pads and wipes for your face weren’t in the liquid bag. You said it didn’t have to be. How do we know what has to be in the liquids bag? Looks like you have it down. My contacts (dailies) take up so much room in my liquids bag that any tips would help. Thanks!!!
Great tips! I always wipe everything down I can think of with the antibacterial wipes. There is so much icky stuff around that doesn't get cleaned like you said. Our trip is quickly approaching , I hope to be as organized as you are! Thank you!
This is an amazing video! Used the Gold Bond Aloe lotion on a sunburn that I got on Kauai every 30 minutes. It turned the burn to a tan and kept my skin from peeling. Love your tips!
Great tip.....have fun, fun and more fun Jennifer...........just have an amazing trip!! Very excited for you!!! Please vlog if you can and post later......thanks! And P. S. I am somewhat of a germ a fob....and not shy about sayin', lol. Ugh, agree with the remote thing, ugh, ugh, ugh. We wipe all surfaces down at a hotel, takes 10 or 15 mins. and then feel somewhat better.
I’m loving your videos!!! I found you from a favorites video. I was reviewing the rockstuds flip flops. Great tips!!! I bought the gel inserts. Thank you. You have a wealth of knowledge. And you’re even gluten free!!! Yes! I also have to stash food because I never know where my next meal is coming from. I am always so nervous to eat out on vacation. I’m gotten sick several times. Any tips for that? Thanks again! 💕
