Tanglewood doesn’t include anything like lawn care or utilities. It is a very nice park with a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, wood shop, dog park, shuffleboard, loads of clubs and activities. Tanglewood is the highest lot rent in the Sebring area. The average lot rent in this area is $600 to $800. Tanglewood is definitely the nicest. Thanks for watching!
