@@bronwenhintz7787 The rule in Florida is: If there is a body of water, there could be a gator. However, in these parks, once they are 3 ft big or more, the wardens come and relocate them. The smaller ones are pretty afraid of humans unless some old lady starts feeding them hotdogs because she thinks they're cute.

If a gator is spotted in these communities, and the gator is 3 ft long or more, animal control is called and they are relocated. The problem isn’t so much the gators🐊 as much as the people that feed them and make them less afraid of humans.
You are Very Personable and Do Like the Soft Music. Would Spend Most of my Time in the Sunroom ! ! There are Several "Deal-Breaker's" with this Home though . . . Those HUGE Tree's. Front and Back, the LIGHT Carpeting, the WIRE Shelving and ALL of the Furnishing's. It's Hard for Many to even "Imagine" 🤔 Making It Their Own Home, with Someone Else's Taste In Decor and then the "Possibility" for 🐊's.

All carpet would have to go! Laundry must be inside. Old people do not need to use stairs with hands full of stuff.

This home is a 2002 and it is in Tanglewood which is in Sebring Florida. Sebring is an hour and a half south of Disney.
