Laundry is in the golf cart shed. This is a gated community. Price is $84,900. Lot rent is $561 a month. The park allows dogs under 20 pounds.

Would not want carpeting under a dinette set, EVER! No carpet in a bathroom or washer- dryer area, either.

The million dollar question, how much is the rent lot for the month!! Cant seem to find that anywhere and you dont mention it!! These places are taking advantage of people buying these with continual increases in lot rents!
