flats that have a small attached balcony for compressor has the trash chute in the common area
this person moved the kitchen to the living room, that relocation of pipes and water mains alone makes this an unsound decision, due to pricing and also maintenance work. def makes for a cool vid, but not feasible for long term.

Very inspired layout planning with the open concept kitchen brought to the living room area. But with both the former kitchen and bedroom converted to either a living or lounge area, it's unclear where the sleeping area now is?
at about 30sec timing that is the bedroom, owner loves a simple house and the kids have moved out so they just use the matt to rest and sleep!
My i know the cost of the renovation of this unit
