You're such a workaholic Andrew. You are a non stop man. You're a mechanic, welder, electrician, excavator, and you can operate just about anything. I love that you're taking the trouble to film all these videos. You give us a learning experience as well out here. Thank you.

@@JohnJohnson-vu7xj Well, he's a contractor and his contracts aren't cheap I'd imagine. Yes, youtube makes him money but I've watched a lot of his videos and he is an excellent engineer and he fixes his own equipment. He built his house mainly out of steel. He's he' had a load of contracts. He hunts them down, leaves notes and does them a great job. He utilizes all of his time with efficiency. Even the skadoos he bought the had to pour money and labor into just to have some fun. I kind of miss his other dog but the new one is fitting in okay. He's good at cinematography, heavy equipment operator, loading and unloading dirt, gravel, trash. He repairs and operates snow blowers. He calculates everything he does. Nothing is to complicated to him. I enjoy his sky cam shots, they give us a beautiful view of the area.

Watched quite a few of your videos recently and enjoyed to be taken along to watch the work sites progressing. I like that you don't waffle to camera and you just show the work. Great that its a real channel with no product review crap. Francis Worcestershire UK.

My wife had a great suggestion! She said you could make one of those holiday fireplace videos but instead of a fireplace there would be some machinery adding logs onto a big bonfire. I’d watch it all day! Merry Christmas, keep up the good work 👍🏼

You remind me a lot of my brother. He works all the time and so do you. He has his own business. He welds and does repair work on log trucks, bull dozers etc. all heavy equipment. Changes tires on log trucks out in the field in parking lots you name it. You both are hard workers.

After years of watching and loving all of it, I gathered that Andrew lost his mom last year to cancer. No change in his posts but much support for his Dad. I wanted to say how sorry I am for this young mans loss and how proud of him I am as a dad of four little girls. I have yet to experience the loss of a parent, but hope I can do it with as much class and strength as you.

What I admire about this channel is that it takes what for many are common, everyday tasks, and shows how HE does it...might not be the best way, (but never the worst way), but it works for him. And there is something so gratifying to see what amounts to a messy pile of "stuff" and see it get cleaned up. Thanks Andrew for the never ending entertainment.

Andrew it’s impressive to watch you run that excavator and what makes it impressive is when you were loading the firewood the smaller logs, There’s no way you could see over the sideboards of the truck and you still managed just by instinct to move the logs and make them flush. it’s also nice to see you working with your dad we don’t see it very often but it’s really for filling to see that you have that type of relationship with your father some of us can only dream about that. Not too shabby for a days work you made some money, he spent quality time with your dad and Levi and now you can stay warm with some fresh cut seasoned firewood.

Andrew. Thank you. For the heads up about measure board foot. On your oak logs. It's something I never knew. You show us how the measure log's once before. Thanks for going over it again. JUST A FYI. For your own firewood. So you don't have to handle it a half dozen times. Back in the day I burn 5-7 cord of firewood a year. So in my travels I came across steel 4x4 pallet with 2ft-3 sides. Loaded all my firewood in the steel pallets. Cover them with cut down bed liners which were black in late spring till winter. Covers would help dry out the firewood then I could move them up to the house with my bobcat. On the pallet. Great way to move firewood. It's a lazy old smarter way to make things happen!!!!!! been carry fire wood seen I was 6-7 years old. Am 63 now. Happy holidays JUNKMANDO

Hey Andrew! A little tip. Sometimes it's easier to raise the dump bed all the way when reinstalling the gate. Put your pins in first. That way you don't have to climb all the way in to the bed. You will have to stand on a bucket or something. When you get old like me, you try to stay as close to ground as you can.

Enjoyed the vlog.👍🏻👍🏻. Hey and I thought I'd just pass on to you something that shook me up a good bit since it's good to learn from others mistakes. A local logger in my town was hauling loads of logs like what you were hauling in this video and they shifted in route. When he popped the last strap loose one fell off the top, landed on him and killed him. I'm sure you've thought of that scenario but never hurts to be extra careful. This other guy had been doing it his whole life. I'll say it made me more careful than I had been when I haul a load like that.

Morning, nice and clean, Andrew why did you change your last sentence, on to the next job, your one of the few that I respect, your working hard and not begging for money like some I guess it's okay too, when you clear a lot with trees do the land owners let you keep it , well have a good week and enjoy family time. Peace.
