I'm finally getting around to watching this and you know what? it made me so happy that you were late with this or that Dave the diver came out in June and you only played it in July. I keep putting pressure on myself to play all the new releases and make all the content straight away and its just impossible.
I have eagerly been awaiting this video since you first mentioned Lakeberg Legacies! A highly anticipated game for me as well, but I refused to buy it until you reviewed it. Love how balanced your takes are and thanks for all that you do for the cozy gaming community!
Thanks for the info😊 Agree that Dave the Diver (& imo Pikmin 4) lean more towards casual vs cozy. Still great games, but have a bit of a stress factor to them. Sticky Business really surprised me because when 1st trying it, I was thinking it's way too simple, and generally needs more to be happening within the game.. but for reasons I don't understand I faithfully keep going back every day to play. That game and Good Pizza, Great Pizza shocked me for similar reasons due to replay factors.
I can’t wait to get my hands on Pikmin 4! It’s on my GameFly list. I just have to wait for it to be available. But it looks like so much fun! And Dave the Diver looks like a blast too. I just need all these games that say coming soon to switch to give me dates. Even if it’s far away. I can budget better that way. Instead, soon seems to all drop in Sept, to create a budget nightmare. 😂
Payton, hear me out: an Apple Arcade game called Hello Kitty Island Adventure. I downloaded it bc of the South Park reference, thinking it’d be a joke game. But omg it’s precious. Like animal crossing vibes in a weird way. Have you seen it? I’m obsessed!
I was sitting there thinking "Is Dave the Diver really cozy?" And then you answered my question. I didn't mind Viewfinder's price. I feel like they created something truly unique and incredible in that game and I found it well worth the money. #JusticeforCait
I LOVE Lakeburg, but the finding a match mechanic gets to be too much. I really want them to make an update where you can just auto match people. It just gets soooo old, especially when you get to the point where so many villagers are dying and you need to get more to fill jobs. That is my only complaint, otherwise I am so addicted to that game- definitely my favorite of the month of July!
Blue Oak Bridge looks like a lot of fun, but seeing how the graphics are, I doubt it play well on my PC so hopefully it'll get a Switch port, but we'll see.

I say Pikmin 4 and 3 is mostly peaceful but the hard ones are Pikmin 1 and ESPECIALLY Pikmin 2

How did you played Sticky Business on the Deck? I tried and it wasn’t working for me :(
A lot of it I had to use the arrow pad to get it to work!
