It’s a 1-litre Suzuki engine. Bored out and given some performance upgrades. The total cost of the build is difficult to say cause it also involved a lot of man hours, which my friends at Performance Vehicles (the shop that built this Nano) didn’t wholly bill Me for!
You have to throw out the rear seats. Make a brand new subframe to mount the engine. Make new strut towers to hold the MacPherson struts. Make new linkages to work the gearbox. Make a hybrid wiring harness thats part Tata and part Suzuki. Add two radiators o keep the running cool. And you will be close.

This is not road legal. So we don’t drive it on public roads. So no challan.
Dude modification itself is illegal and you're worried about insurance and puc.
Tata should replace their design team, they are really mad, just take suggestions from this man💪🏻
