- Parts of the southern city in China have become a melting pot of Chinese and African culture. Nowhere is this more visible than in the growing number of marriages between locals and Africans. However, for the Africans, fitting in and making a life in a foreign country isn't easy. Our reporter Wu Lei talks to some of them about daily challenges in a new country.

China has a long way to go since the government is still doing ethnic cleansing of several subpopulations, like the Uyghurs. They have some of the worst human rights violations.

I feel sad for these children. Most mixed raced children from watching videos and speaking have a hard time being accepted by the majority in society. Most have to choose one race over the other in public settings. Maybe things will change but in a homogeneous society it likely will not for a long period of time. However, staying were there is family that is supportive and loving is best for the children to adapt. The children need a place they feel unconditional love and acceptance to grow a healthy self esteem.

@@NomadicNationalist you know a russian scientific did an experiment on the domestication of the dogs and why they look so different from the wolves if they are just domesticated wolves, he did it with foxes, chosing only the foxes which behavior and attitude wasn't agressive or with fear of the human, 200 generations after the 400 initial foxes that he chosed, this foxes have a different color of fur and different facial features from the wild foxes, and all they did is chose foxes with different behavior, so the behavior of a group of animals can affect their look, made me think that at some point a tribe in africa started to behave different from the tribalistic and agressive behavior other africans have and after thousands of years their change in behavior gave them a change in their body features giving birth to the new races we see now
West African hair is thicker than Asian hair, the perm sensation is what ruined black people's hair. Try sitting behind someone with a natural afro and say you can see past it.

Why Indians exist? Arabs are not black even a lot of them are very fair skin and they live literally in the desert, if whites are made for the cold then why are they not covered in hair like other animals that evolutioned into a furrier being?

And those numbers continue to grow. ☺️. Many Chinese men in Africa are married to African women. Many African women in Europe are married to European men.

I’ve been to China before and honestly their culture and communication as a whole is super duper direct! That’s how they communicate. I’m not saying the word chocolate isn’t extreme - just every cultures language and communication varies - China is not PC like the west.
