Hey man, Can I ask you what RPE should I go for after doing 1st excercise trapbar deadlift (RPE 7-8), then the RDLs with SL box squats? Would it be reasonable to go more power based and aim for max speed with Lower RPE?

Thanks for your comment 🙏🏼 and yes I’m all about stretching the hip flexor through its full range of motion like in the ATG SS. I also utilize a different method which can be found in my Top 7 Injury Prevention exercises

This can be considered ACL “bulletproofing”. There are no special exercises. focus on exercises that strengthen the muscles around your knee, improve balance, and enhance flexibility.

Quick question, when doing leg exercises for example deadlifts, squats etc.. Can I do for example squats 3x10 all at once. For example i do 1x10 of squats rest 1x10 squats rest 1x10 squats rest, than i go do deadlifts and repeat the process. Or should i do squats 1x10 then go to deadlfits 1x10 and other exercises. Until i do 3 sets. I dont know if i make sense. Thank you.
Yes, you don’t have to do them in a circuit type fashion as long as you get the appropriate rest. Also, I wouldn’t do the dead lift and the squat on the same day.
To train lower body power during soccer season, is it better to do, for example, 6 reps at maximum velocity at 50% RM (far from the failure) or 4 reps at 85%RM (2 RIR)? In both I know that is very important to search the maximum velocity, but I don’t know if the first option is a good option to improve our power
Both could work. Depends on what you’re trying to get out of training and individual needs.

Yeah thats the spring ankle series. Ankle rocking simply means rocking your leg forward and back.
