Number one rule of 21st century car design: Take something simple and make it as complicated as possible. It apparently sells more. And not necessarily to old school drivers, but to new age uneducated idiots who don't know anything about cars.

Where exactly was the problem? Was the fluid level low or was the sensor faulty?
