It really is, I don't know if it is because we think the 'rich and famous' should be judged differently because we choose to see them as privileged, but your average man on the street needs to undergo this treatment to fully empathise. I hope all those people who continue to vilify Spacey despite all the evidence proving the lies are at some point publicly accused of a sexual assault themselves, unfortunately most won't as there is little to be gained from that but only then could they understand even a fraction of what this man has gone through.

I've written pieces about his films. But you cannot hear the testimony of numerous victims, that of his own brother, and even Kevin's own words, and not realize he is an unrepentant predator, a closeted, tragic, and seemingly self-loathing human being. My neighbour’s kid was into this movement, he was joining these protests, he was joining in to these chants calling for intifada and chanting “from the river to the sea” …I asked him what the words intifada and what “from the river to the sea” meant and what tactics are used in these intifadas?
    He had no idea.
A week later, he came to me and told me that he found exactly what Douglas just said here. He found that from 2000 to 2005 intifada included suicide bombers..that killed 9500 Israeli people…6500 were innocent civilians… he was quite rattled, he said these are the actions of terrorists, he asked me if I knew that Hamas had been using the school system for the last 18 years to …his words, “ …to indoctrinate and infect the Palestinian people with the mind virus of radical Islam to hate the Jews.”
I actually didn’t know that at the time, so I asked him to prove it because I found that hard to believe. I can tell you this, he proved it with some appalling videos showing exactly that. The literally teach their children to hate the Jews and to think of them as less than human, as well as teaching them that they should value their own deaths just as much as the Jews value their lives and basically worship and praise the death of any Palestinian who lose their lives killing a Jew. They were teaching that that it was an honourable death that they should strive for. These are children for fecks sake.
I just wanted him to “think” and he not only convinced himself that he was on the wrong side, he actually taught me something. He no longer supports the Palestinians, not even the people, he no longer believes that there are any innocents. He now believes that they are all “infected with the mind virus or radical Islam.” I’m not sure how to take that. Is he right?
