Gotta love Greggo ordering in the drive thru!, a classic McDonalds stuff up, no gourmet bun, lettuce & barely any crispy onions, that’s what happens when McDonald’s gets a10 year old to make it & there’s no steak in it!, at least the mouse in the car will be full afterwards.🍔🐭

Steakhouse burger usually means a thick patty. Also all burgers are technically steak cuts that have been minced

That's frustrating - they have increased prices and they have one job to do - it has no crispy onions, no lettuce and on the wrong bun - not acceptable maccas. Love your vids greggo, thanks for sharing
Problem is everyone knows it's crap, but they just keep going back, so they won't change.
I just made 3 homemade quarter pounders, my gosh they were amazing ! . Don't buy crap from those places where those school kids don't give a hoot about their customers.

The whopper used to be allot better tasting then what it is now and it was juicy with more sauce

That looks like it wasn't made well or cooked long enough. I would have returned it after first inspection for a remake. The sauce looks like typical sauce of mayo and ketchup. Thanks for trying Grego. 👍

hahahaha every time you go to Macas it's like getting a lucky dip when you receive your meal. But not so lucky sometimes.
Notice when they screw up your order, which happens all too often it seems, they are always short changing you, I mean you never accidently get an extra serve of chips, or another burger. I gave up on Maccas yonks ago, worst fast food outlet in existence.
Least you got a free paper bag, eat half then take it back for what you paid for, they kids they won’t argue

The meat juice was unreal but of coarse the do gooders with heart tick,stopped everything we loved eating.
Looks like you got stitched up. I had one earlier today and it did have all the correct ingredients. It wasn't the best burger, but I'll probably have a couple more before it finishes its run. The sauce was the most interesting aspect of it.
It looks amazing on the advert of course.

The way McDonalds is going overseas, they aren't too big to end. The world has really gone to sh$t mainly because of the insane greed of these corporations. That smell could mean it is off. If it makes you sick, sue the bastards.

I've had two, first one was absolutely delicious had to test my luck. Second one was just as magnificent. Lots of lettuce and crispy onions.

Out of principal I have to return any incorrect order. Fast food isn't cheap anymore and there is no other product where you're expected to get something you didn't order.
Best to either make your own or from a good take-away shop rather than prospering up an off shore company.

So a few observations:
1. They didn’t use the right bun. That looks like a Big Mac bun instead of the larger size Brioche they’re supposed to use, hence the meat was sticking out the side (that’s what she said).
2. No lettuce (as mentioned)
3. Undercooked meat.
It’s almost like it was beer o clock for someone and they just decided to throw together whatever they had on hand instead of sourcing the right Ingredients.
Wow, I will definitely be avoiding this one then, I think. Thanks for being a guinea pig for us all Greggo. Actually, is this the first time you've given something the low score of a 1??

I got one for lunch as my mother wanted to try it. It looks like you even got the wrong kind of bun! Mine was amazing the sauce was so nice and the crunch of the onion was on point! I would suggest going to a different store and trying it again. 🥰

Their beef meat always smells and tastes disgusting grego in case you haven't noticed, I once got an Angus burger when they first came out years ago, I had one bite and I was like geez that taste foul, has a second bite and couldn't eat it. I took the meat out and ate the bun, lettuce, tomato, cheese and onion or whatever was on it. When I got home I put the meat patty in my dogs food bowl and she took a sniff looked and me and turned her nose up. As she walked away she shook her head and made a huff puff sound in disappointment 🤣

Well I went and had one last night, and it was wrong "Twice" so I took it back and I gave up after a third attempt, first they forgot the crispy onions, twice then the third one had so much lettuce outa all fell apart taking most of the crispy onions with it and by then my chips were stone cold. So I submitted a complaint and am waiting for a call from maccas to hopefully rectify the issues. And no I'm not holding my breath. 😅

Beware one of McD's dirty tricks, they'll say it's 100% something, but they aren't in fact referring to the entire sandwich element, they're just referring to the ingredient in that component. Well, I confused myself there in trying to explain that... Perfect example (and hopefully clear) they say their nuggets are 100% breast meat, but the nuggets themselves are only 45% chicken. The 45% of chicken in a nugget is 100% breast meat. I'd be shocked if they aren't pulling the same stuff with these 100% Australian Beef "Steakhouse" Burgers, and the veg-burger like texture seems to confirm it. I'm guessing it's similar... 45%-ish beef, the 45% beef is 100% Australian.

I am so glad Greg called out the smell of McDonalds hamburger meat. It's probably ten times worse here in America. When the breakfast shift ends and they start cooking the hamburger meat at McDonalds, the smell is so bad , it has run me out of the store. Seriously, the smell is like something boiling in the bottom of a rotten trash can. No way in Hell am I eating that.
I had one in the uk a while back and it was slightly different meat but the crispy onion was similar look to onions ring. Tried this yesterday and basically got the same burger as you and it smelt bad as well, Though you were a lot friendlier than me I took mind back and got a refund
With the minute onion level and zero lettuce level I’d take two huge bites and take it back for a properly proportioned one with all the ingredients 😳

Pretty sure that was the corner piece of the cheese that had melted, not lettuce.
Thats being extremely gerneroius giving it a 1 out of 10, Maccas is not what it used to be, I find that they are salty (to make up for lack of taste) cost too much and overall of no value, I do admit though if I am feeling a little bloated having a Big Mac fixes me up straight away (if you know what I mean); your a brave man Greg putting your life on the line like that.
