It wasn’t worth it. A bit too sweet, needed some spice & for the boxed meal. $18, I mean just get a zinger box way more worth it.
They forgot how to sandwich. That is one of the grossest things to ever come out of fast food. Only an Australian could remain so optimistic and cheerful through that kind of torture.

Chicken and Waffles is a common thing in the USA, but here in Australia it's just confusing, we aren't used to this combination, it doesn't fit our palate. To me, waffles and chicken are two separate things, one is a main course, the other is a dessert. Unless you're from the states, these two foods should just stay separate.

All these burger joint's should bring things that are not gimmicks, they should bring out better value good weight, good taste.
Mate, I just tried it and its pretty decent if you swap out the original fillets for zinger fillets instead. That way the sweetness of the waffle gets counteracted by the "spiciness" of the zinger fillets.
Zinger double is the way to go. No waffle, cholesteroly goodness 😂

I notice they've taken the original recipe chicken fillets off the menu and replaced them with the original recipe crispy fillets(which is pretty much a zinger fillet without the spice, or the secret herbs and spices) kfc have screwed over their menu again just like when they changed their twister and put that coleslaw salad in them and removed the tomato!

The idea of the waffle did seem strange to me at first but funny enough I didn't mind it. I didn't find the waffle overly sweet but then again I do have a pretty bad sweet tooth which is perhaps why. I got one without the bacon as its never cooked enough and I had lettuce added. The sauce was ok, kinda compliments the waffle I reckon. I'd probably get it again the very same way.

The bacon doesn't even look cooked, thats the main problem with fast food these days, they have forgotten how to cook bacon, should always have an element of crispness to it. It's either wet and floppy like it's straight out of the fridge or its dried and stale, they have no idea
