I always forget to pack my chemicals! The last mover wouldn't take my paint, oil, and cleaning solutions!!! It was a pain :D

How should we pack a tall standing lamp after removing the shade?
I'm sorry it's taking so long to get back to you. After senior comment we decided to make a quick video showing exactly how we protect standing lamps. Obviously standing lamps are too big to go inside of a box, so we wrap them with moving pads. Then we place the lamps on the top of the load. Do you repack everything when you come to homeowner on moving day and realize packing wasn’t t done properly by them?
Hello Alberto, unfortunately it would be too late to repack an entire house on the move day. Our move coordinators goes over all of this with the customer prior to their move date. If a customer elects to pack themselves, they are responsible for all of the items they have packed. If our crew happens to notice that something fragile or valuable they will alert the customer, and assist them in packing it properly. For that reason, we've decided to make these educational videos. Over the last few years we've noticed a rise and customers wanting to pack themselves. These videos help educate our customers on the correct way to pack and streamline the moving process.
