      I watched that one. I meant a full kit. 27ish bearings. Including the dreaded motor bearing. You do a great job with the videos. When I was new your videos would have saved me a lot of time. I'm sure you know the hub and motor module bearings go first.

    I like how you cover Arrma rigs. The servo replacement is kind of a pain but as always you made it look easy. I always make sure to zero out my servos but I'll admit I don't always remember to set the end points. You just gave me something to do today. I think I should check all my cars. Great job as always. I haven't been to your channel in a while but it's a great place to go for accurate info on Arrma's.

  • @SteveSoper1979

    the channel locks are pretty huge. I was at the races the other day and had to replace this part. Putting that servo saver 25 tooth onto that amazon servo, also 25 tooth, was a real pain in the butt. Had to muscle it but I got it on evenly. Being the same tooth count I would have thought it was going to be an easier fit.

    Quick question I noticed you have the ST knob all the way to the left, mine all the way at to the right, and what is the function of that and how should I have it set when I am re-programming my ESC to factory settings

    • @phillybrc
      @phillybrc  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ST is "steering Trim". Ideally, this knob stays central. The ST knob lets you trim the steering if it isn't travelling straight, Have the ST knob in the middle then power up the RC, at this point install servo saver. Your ST knob will be far to one direction only if the servo wasn't in neutral position upon installing the servo saver. Hope this helps!

    I did this with this exact servo and my steering is reversed. Fixed it with the button on the remote but the avc is unusable cause of this. What did I do wrong?

    • @phillybrc
      @phillybrc  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh man, this is strange. I ve never heard mention of the servo affecting AVC. That sounds like a receiver issue. open receiver and double check connections, make sure the the - (neg) is in the correct spot.

    • @phillybrc

      @@phillybrc I tried plugging it in both ways. Only worked the one way. Cause the motor is reversed the gyro turns the opposite way. Makes it spin out instead of stopping it from spinning out. So weird. I’m going to reverse the polarity at the plug and see what happens. I’ll let you know. Thanks for the reply bro.

    I've got a question, I changed the steering assembly for the alu GPM and the drag link to the servo isn't part of that set. If I change the servo, is a drag link part of the servo pakkage? If not does anyone know a replacement for the plastic link, i want it to be alu. 😘

    • @phillybrc

      Havn t seen just the the drag link available in metal. Hot racing bellcrank comes with a metal one and so does this one(i just bought it). This info doesn t really help you unfortunately.OGRC Aluminum Alloy Steering... www.amazon.ca/dp/B09WDLGJWB?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
