Watching IELTS test with a native candidate is much better than a real candidate this helps us stop the video, answer and then see how a native speaker would answer, to learn from him
he's so calm and there isn't anything artificial in his talking or showing expression , he is just sooooooooooooooooooo natural , like i was watching a movie scene
Personally speaking, I think intervening with a native speaker is such a brilliant idea, there are lots of things to learn like the correct pronunciation. Grammatical structures and idiomatic expressions That was great I watched the video enthusiastically It was so helpful for me without any shadow of doubt
This interview gave me the inspiration to achieve band 7 in speaking (overall 7.5). I am really impressed how he brought time to think and especially his reaction to the questions and natural expressions.
I feel this is the best Speaking Test I've ever watched. It gives a clear distinction between native speakers and we who use English as their second language. I like his demeanour, how relaxed and coo he is. He seems like someone who's been doing this for a like long time. This is a true Band 9.0
I d say the interviewees are as good as the interviewer. It doesn't look like a test ,just an idle talk in the evening,so natural and smooth! Color me impressed
I think the interviewee is a native speaker . I didn't notice that was a test between an interviewer and student, but people who have highly knowledgeable about the topic which were talking about ... It is a really enjoyable video .
The best I’ve seen so far . An African and a European . It’s a clear sign that we can work together regardless of the color of our skin Good English there guys
I watched quite a few of your videos and learned quite a lot. I took the IELTS exam a month ago and got the result I wanted. Your videos definitely helped me. Thank you and keep up the good work!
What a great interview! For those wondering, like me: he could be French, Belgian, Dutch, German or something in between, as you might notice the "z" sound at 6:06 when he says "with".
if any one else on the globe scores 9.0 in IELTS exam , i can also score , i will never stop hard workign every single day and i will close to my target , scoring high band scroes in listerning , reading , wiriting and speaking in general can be achieved , i found this channel a week ago realy appricated their endless efforts to us watching native speakers speaking test is exceptional and such unique pls make more videos like this
I loved his natural pace and confidence. Either he's a native speaker or really good at learning new languages. His accent is pretty much as natural sounding as a native speaker. Pay attention to the way his sentences flow and the prosody of the dialogue.
I still remember my interviewer asked me *Which book will you read in the future* My answer was *90 days no food and water* by David goonies which i believe will be one of the most helpful and productive book for me. And both of laughed so hard that we have to give each other 2/3 minutes to get back to the work but till the last question we were still giggling. Bro was about same age as i am, Surprisingly i got 8.5 band
he did it brilliant but it's funny to notice he found it difficult to answer last few question, like his vocabulary instantly shrank and he started prolonging with answers
Dang, and I'm over here thinking of needing to talk like a robot and have complex vocabulary to achieve a band score of 9.The candidate is so brilliant with his phrases and speaking,it's incredible!I really admire to speak English like him.
Actually, it's pretty weird for me when I compare the speech of native speakers with the ones of non-native candidates. Their answers are obviously different, but what catches my attention the most is the fact that many candidates who score band 9 on this same channel and do not come from English-speaking countries often have better and even more well-developed answers. Before watching this video, i just watched the performance of an Indian candidate (who also scores band 9) and her speech was just flawless without any hesitation as if she memorized everything. She did not even need any pauses or some time to come up with ideas, she kept talking and elaborating on her ideas effortlessly and flawlessly one after another. And now, when I compare her performance with this seemingly native speaker, there are clear differences. As you can see, this man's communication style is like what we normally see and expect of a fluent speaker, and he still needs time to think of his ideas and how to answer the problem. He paused a lot between answers, and that can hardly be called "flawless", but he still scores 9. So what is the method or style that i should approach the speaking test, the one of a speaker like him or the definitive and perfect one of non-native English speakers......
I'm really impressed with his speech. Actually, he is a knowledgeable person and also a native speaker. However, we are able to learn a lot from his delivery.
It sounds very cool) and I didn't see anything complicated in it, but when it comes time for dissertation, it usually never ends as impressively as this))) Thank you very much. I liked listening to him. It was helpful for me and I hope for others too)))
Exam candidate is a absolutely confidence person... I am just showing his confidence... Absolutely he is a great man as well as brilliant Human Being... His speaking is definitely fascinating me as well as i have learned something like confidence, saying fluently and saying smartly... So i think, it is so beautiful speaking...
Real my balls, all these speaking exams (or mock tests) on youtube are much less strict compare to the actual exams, I suggest you watch these video with a grain of salt
I thought this type of speaking would be inappropriate and not completely accepted for IELTS test because it's kindda a little bit to informal. Now I found out it's ok if I speak in this way. Thanks for sharing
Wonderful performance out there in my opinion. This man is definitely native speaker, you can notice it,because of his fluency, cohesion in words and pronunciation too! I just loved it,not gonna lie
This says this is a real exam but the candidate sounds like a native speaker and has a detectable UK accent though it's difficult to place. This is , however, a good example of effective speaking for IELTS.
