I had a day when I was about 33, I was on the train on my way home from work and the train went through a tunnel and the carriage darkened, allowing me to see my reflection on the opposite window to an almost mirror perfect refection and I really did not like what I was looking at, i mean I was repulsed and ashamed that I slept walked for the last 7 years from a good looking mid 20 something that people said I looked a bit like James Dean into what I can only describe as Hagrid from Harry Potter, after a NIN concert looking back at me, i'd let myself go in the worst way possible, without realising or caring about how I looked until that moment. As soon as I got home i drew up a battle plan started to work out at home, shaved, got a haircut dressed a little better then about a year later, after dropping about 30 pounds I got inspiration on how to dress from another older passenger in his late 40s who wore brown brogues, blue shirt, tweed sports coat and a Steve McQueen style Tag Monaco, i kind of copied that and never really looked back.

That’s the one bro, I don’t really watch videos like these but they can be helpful. I like to watch movies when I can, and I’m actually inspired by a lot of characters onscreen for the way I dress. I’m pretty casual in what I wear, but shit like jeans and a black shirt that fits you well takes you far appearance wise and confidence. Obviously not all the time, but you look crazy good.
I was watching Deadpool and wolverine and when Deadpool meets the loser variant of wolverine I was taken back by the way he dressed. So now I’m on the hunt for clothing like that too,
But yeah even I look into Tom hardy, Channing Tatum, etc I love how they dress up. I’ve taken inspiration from those guys too when there out there in public

While TH-cam is full of misinformation (encouraging boys to become 'bad' aggressive men or to be submissive servant), your content based on the foundation of morality, is really inspiring. Thanks for putting so much effort and sharing it across. I'll circulate across my circle, and will encourage as many as possible. Thanks and best wishes for upcoming ventures.

  • @raven-sf3di

The secret is easy ,James bond never woke up and had to think " how do i be like james bond "
James bond is a workaholic and a bit of a perfectionist .
So when he wakes up he thinks " time for work "
The big difference is his work is based around being hyper competent , a social leader and a problem solver.
I think the last one is really important, dont build your life around goals ,just focus on being a problem solver .

    1. Blaming others/limiting beleifs/not taking accountability and responsibility over oneself and ones life - Heal the trauma(s) holding you back
    2. You're in the wrong environment, which makes it harder for you to succeed. Being in the right place and around the right sort of people will further your success and make the work that needs to be done, more easier.
    3. It takes dedication and commitment over time to succeed and get the skillset and things you desire
    4. Discipline - Deciding to show up everyday, self governance, ruling oneself so as not to be the one serving a ruler different than yourself
    5. Good health, to take care of your health, establishing good habits and routines regarding sleep diet and working out. It is the foundation for all of the successes you will accomplish
    6. Wrong image - become the man you want to be on the surface, in all matters regarding clothes grooming style scent skincare and presentation in general

I commend James' point about faith. Get faith if you can. For chivalry has always rested on the substrate of a broader moral code (and what is a gentleman if not a modern knight?). With faith you not only add to your understanding of that conduct which distinguishes a gentleman, but you also get the power to persevere in that conduct. Plus you get eternal life, which is good deal. Some of you, in pursuing gentlemanly conduct, are going to become leaders, and therein all the more will your willpower and poise be tested. So man up and bow down to a higher power.

    • @RockTo11

There is no higher power. We are what we want to be. If faith is a catalyst, then great. But let's not think we all live in a world where we only do the "right" thing for selfish reasons.

    Dear Sirs
I have been married for 40 years...when I went to my first shower my mum showed me her wedding planner...it was full of different marriage services and traditions...what I found most interesting was the chapter on groom and bride trousseau...I borrowed the planner again when my daughter was married and instead of purchasing for her we purchased for the four year old granddaughter...she wanted for nothing for their first year of marriage...my son in law was very moved by the traditions of our family and understood the powder of what dress can do...look to the 1940's and 50's for this type of help. You are also correct on the European Gentleman...even a cab driver wears a suit to work 😉. Your content is very valuable. Because of your channel I am starting to school my grandson in effort to make him feel better about himself and he is 9 years old...he likes to dress for the occasion. I beg to differ with some comments here. I had forgotten how awful this movie is. They totally abandoned the spirit of the novel and the characters, to turn it into caricaturesque light entertainment. The 1970s version with Richard Chamberlain is far superior, and he embodied the Count like no one else.

I’ve never aspired to be a copy of someone. Personas like Bond, the joker, Indiana jones etc. Were just fictional characters to entertain me. And I knew it from the earliest of age.
Even real life monuments of real life men I never cared to be like.
There are two men who impacted my life to be who I am today.
First. My father. An immigrant. He was also illiterate. But he had one thing that no one could take away. Honesty and knowing how to work hard. That’s still one of you think about it. He never ever cheated anybody. Even when people did. He didn’t. He taught me honesty and hard work. His ‘flaw’ was that he was extremely cautious. And rightly so. He came to a country where he couldn’t read or write the language and spoke it very poorly. He got a job. And worked that job as hard as he could.
Second. My best friends dad. He was an extremely educated man. With a phd from one of the worlds best university. And a university that doesn’t welcome outsiders very well. He was very quiet. Very humble. The words he spoke to me were very impactful. What he taught me was that no matter where you came from. No matter what others think of you. Everything and anything is achievable if, not just believe in yourself, but believe and know that you truly have no limits. With that, I have attended the best schools and universities (yes plural) in the world. And have attended, participated and been accepted to sectors of society that is not welcome to outsiders at all.
I try to live the most anonymous life possible. While at the age time achieve the most I can as possible. It’s not easy.
So, you can believe in fairy tale characters. You can try and copy megalomaniacs. But I am sure there are people right in front of you that are exceptional that you can learn from.
    Cheers.

Your passion at 30 can become your nightmare at 50! Just like this things about that girl that drives you wild with desire will be what annoys you most down the road.

Why do you think so many people that have it all are not truly satisfied? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Never stop searching men. Okey has a video about his version of this.
    Peace

Sharing experiences is very different to what this kind of content is attempting to be.
Trying or not, once someone starts getting into psyche, behavior, and assumptions, while having too little experience in the wider world to properly talk on it with any kind of authority, it can hurt people.
