This was really interesting. I thought my shift to being more extroverted overall was really big. But like you said, not big compared to others and actual extroverts, but significant - quite significant for me (I'm an INFP).
That's with most things, but the most important thing is how you feel yourself, we shouldn't get too overwhelmed with the greater scale of things in society, what matters is life right in front of you :)
I was an extrovert 4 years ago, and over time my social skills completely dissolved I can not even hold a conversation without it being uncomfortable for me. Idk why I became this way, and I wish I could start conversations like I used to. But, I genuinely cannot even hold eye contact with people because it gives me fear and uncomfortably
Extroverted friends experience introversion when they are dealing with burn out. I guess we all need some time to recharge ourselves, the difference is introverts need it moee than usual and also introverts like being alone.

It’s more introverts than extroverts in the world
Also- extroverted feelers get drained… and with time get why alone time is a key for them!
With enough elasticity you can call it whatever you want. Depends on focus and timescale.
Thank you so much for explaining! 👍
