Can you get the same end product if cooking at a lower heat after you fry the tomato paste? There seemed like there was a lot of burnt rice on the bottom.
Can you type out the amounts & weight/pounds of the ingredients you used? Also, did you not add any water?

It can be found at your local African market.
I don't know if I heard you right but you can't soak the rice. You only wash it and that's all.

I used 3 cups of rice.
