Dude the clamps are solid. Use one clamp per hose but orient the clamp holes to face each other and use the same single self tapper to secure them both 👍👍🍻🍻

So many things you’ve done on this mustang are 100% relevant to what I’m doing on my 61 Comet. Really, my only difference of note is I’m using an LS motor. But still mounting it down and low like you did after having done the MII front end install.

Hi Angel don’t beat yourself up over that. It’s been crazy hot everywhere in the country! I think you’re better running those as individual lines in case by some unforeseen reason the other may need to go back differently. Another set of headers man oh man. At least it sounds like they were in the correct price range for the scrap stang! Stay cool man

Angel the issue with using steel tools on aluminum fittings isn’t just about scratching the surface. The issue is you can cause electrolysis also known as rust to occur in the aluminum fittings ALL BAD when it comes to pressured fuel for obvious reasons.
Looking great, Angel! Be sure to pick up some butyl strips to put under the tank flange. I think I got mine from Eastwood. It'll just help add sealing to the trunk area.
I might have some laying around, but the sealing wont do much with the rust as ventilation 😂

No. Use seperate clamps for each line. Also when using one bolt do not intwine them. These clamps are made fitting the hose when both ends tatch. If not its not tight and can scave the line. Same goes for one clamp for more lines
I think you measured the fuel float height wrong. The part you measured had a raised bottom, so the halfway point there is a lot higher than the actual middle of the tank. On the plus side you can drive at 'E 'for a while now
All the ports had about a 1/4 in difference with measuring the front or back (of the port) but the raised edge was off to the side of the measured area if that makes sense lol

Can we guess how many more times the engine goes in and out again? Angel awesome job on the fuel line routing and install. I never get the estimated length right when I do wires or lines of any sort

Overheating is nothing to power through. Once you have had heat exhaustion it makes you much more susceptible to it. Take breaks, drink lots of water, and stop when you get confused or light headed. We don’t want the scrapstang on a ticktock fail clip because you forgot something when overheated.
