This is simply the best video on tyre inflators comparison. You covered all important aspect of all inflators. Kudos !!
Few points are missing. The test is a little superficial.
1. The plastic inflators are not able to radiate the heat outside and they keep the heat inside resulting in wear and tear of parts. This results in low durability of plastic body inflators like Tusa. Hence Heat Test is totally ridiculous.
2. The clip provided in case of Tusa breaks easily after a few uses as compared to other inflators which have a screw mechanism. Hence screw mechanism may seem a bit cumbersome initially but is always good in the long run.

Most scientific comparison. You have used sound and heat measurement and michellin pressure indicator. If this method is used for TH-cam videos it will show the truthfulness, accuracy of reviews. I really wanted to know if Autobahn H4 F5 G-XP3 is any better than Osram H4 46204CW led. There is no particular video for that and the one that are , does not help. Since many people wants to upgrade to quality LEDs from halogen nowadays, a detailed analysis video would be really helpful. If you could make that it would be really great.

Excellent. I am using Amazon basics tyre inflator. But the screw type locking damages the threads in our tyres. I plan to buy Tusa.
Yes, Screw type locking might damage the threads and leaks some air while removing and the latest Clip-on design is easy to use and safe on threads.
Please suggest which tyre inflator better old or new one??
Tusa has plastic components inside that might reduce its durability . People option for tusa should also consider the heat test here is not a good way to measure performance as tusa is not radiating heat well ( which it should ) where as bergmann is .

Very good review. Couple of questions to clarify. how to connect to power socket if we are inflating bike tyres or any other things like kids toys, air pillow, air bed etc. Does any of these inflators have option for USB port or normal 2-pin plug to connect to power? Second question is about length of cord, can you pl compare and post your replies? Thanks
Q1) You can't connect directly to the home or wall power socket, all these can be connect to the car electric socket only and from that you can fill air in the other inflatable objects.
Q2) Cord lengths of all the inflaters are long enough to reach all 4 tyres easily for any car.
You can use Breewell AC to DC 12V | 120W Car Auto Power Cigarette Lighter Adapter or similar one to directly use with 240 AC sockets

logically Bergmann is on top. tusa is second.
you are comparing with plastic body temprature to metal body temp.
metal body is great and it dissipates heat efficiently. if you check temp inside the body then the temp test would have been worth.

Usually all inflators get heated up while filling the air, but we checked which inflator is easier and comfortable to hold immediately after usage and keep it back in car. Good Plastic body can be helpful in that case. So that’s why we did not prefer the metal body in heat test.

These inflators have attachments which can be used for inflating football, kids pool, toys etc... but how do I connect the inflator to electricity supply at home? We don't have car charger like socket at home..
These inflators are meant for car use only not for home use.

In the accuracy test, the target pressure was set to 33 on 3 inflators and on Tusa, it was set to 33.5. Am I missing something here?
In tusa inflator also, 33psi was set. But it fills .5 extra automatically as while taking out the nozzle some minor airloss happens. So finally your tyre will have almost exact 33 psi. It’s a good feature we liked in it.
