Great review however you forgot to mention a very important point about Bergmann and that is that it's rated for 150w and almost all maruti models have a peak output of 120w in the cigarette lighter socket. I am not sure if it would be wise to plug the Bergmann in the Marutis'

Metal body is the reason it has high temperature which is a good thing because it is providing good heat dissipation. While in other plastic body pumps including Tusa heat is trapped inside and might damage motor coil, body, pipe, nozzle sooner...
I also had the same doubt. Bergmann has provided a comparison analysis of metal body inflators vs plastic body inflators in their product details in Amazon which infact has the points that you just mentioned.

Many customers have reported this issue in the product review comments in online shopping sites like Amazon and other sites.

Bergmann typhoon is best it has metal body and copper motor with brass nozel and having thermo plastic cap and also have anti vibrator stand..and i personally used it ,having great perfomance and built quality
