BETA X TRAINER 300 VS KTM XCW 300… LOWERED SEAT HEIGHT FOR SHORTER RIDERS !

Just a quick video comparing the size and height of a KTM 300 XC- W with lowered seat Vs a Beta X- Trainer 300 with stock seat . Spoilers … get the KTM and out a lowered seat on it !
The Beta was still a great bike but personally KTM suits me better for my riding style .

I have that very same bike now. It’s fine for what it’s intended. Out rides my KTMs in the very tight and steep stuff where speed is not as important as agility. There’s no such thing as a perfect bike for everything. My philosophy is have several bikes for the various applications. I have six now and will probably end up with another this summer.

First of all you’re comparing the detuned xtrainer to a KTM 300 race bike……? Why? Ride the Beta 300 race edition with full KYB suspension and then do this video. That bike is a monster and as a guy that stands just about an inch taller than you, I much more prefer the Beta. I do agree that the xtrainer is not the bike to ride unless you’re just learning to ride but those race edition Beta 2 strokes are one hell of a bike! I’m 33 and I’ve been riding since 8 years old. I’ve never felt the comfort and confidence on a bike that I get from the beta.

if you are measuring the seat height while the bike is at an angle on the kickstand, it wont be an accurate measurement.

uhhg, trying to decide between these 2 myself. i'm like 5'7 on a good day so hence the reason i was looking at the beta for the lower seat, but i really want a ktm or husky. currently on a crf250f at 35.5" seat height and don't really want to go higher.
