Backpacking the Foothills Trail / Laurel Valley to Laurel Fork Falls @ Lake Jocassee

This was intended to be a three day trip, that turned into a long overnighter with some unexpected April weather.

One of the perks of my job is that I get a fair amount of vacation time, I also have a boss who’s a big outdoor enthusiast, and is very understanding when summer comes and I’m constantly taking a week off 😎
