for those wondering about size: if you are busty or taller than 5"2 you may want to consider adding length to it (40" instead of 32"), especially if you're not intending on using the lace trimming at the bottom. If you are on the petite side, then you may still want to consider doing 35" rather than 32" otherwise you may have your booty showing. Otherwise, really easy and useful pattern! Great Job!
This is a great pattern, so simple and pretty. The only thing I recommend doing differently is giving another inch or two if seam allowance and using French seams. It really will make the garment last longer, and it gives the inside a much more polished look. It also really helps when your working with slippery material like satin, when it's wrong sides together there is plenty of traction to the point where if you cut your fabric well you don't even need pins. Good luck.
I really liked your video! I'd recommend a final press on the seams, and the belt would work wonderfully if cut on the bias. Also, personally, I'd serge the inner edges of the fabric prior to sewing, or do a french seam to avoid fraying in the long run. All in all, a great way to save some money and make something beautiful! Thanks for sharing :)
I usually use a wooden chopstick, tie down the ends of the thread to the head, and since the head is wider than the shank, it works wonders, much faster and easier than the safety pin.
I’d have to test with you here. Which isnt one thing I usually do! I get pleasure from watching a submit that can make people think. Additionally, thanks for allowing me to remark!

Hi! Great video! Can you share what size it is? Small or medium? THank you!
Does the ironing help prevent fraying? Cause I noticed you didn’t serge or hem the inside ruff edges you simply ironed it.
Lovely attention to details.
What is that wonderful device that you used to flip the belt and belt loop pieces inside out? I use a safety pin but that looks more effective.
Sydney Lawrence it's called a loop Turner
